    So trip to London done and dusted and it was amazing. Exactly what was needed. I fly to Dubai tomorrow and I am ready to lock in an go hard on prep when I return. Yesterday was such a good day with the family. Walked so much and so saw much. And spent so much 😭hahaha. But it was worth it to chill and make some memories to last a life time. And gives me what I needed to take myself back alone not being 100% when I’ll see the kids and kel again .

    Wasn’t feeling great today. Motivation low and unhappy with the look. Just feel small and flat and fat. Doubt Is kicking in if I’m good enough to get on stage. Not placing wise but my standards and previous looks wise. Pull I trained ok but was just not super up for it. Still strong still pushed hard but you know it feels better when you’re buzzing to get it in. Break is needed I think. Couple days off and a trip to London with the fam Thursday I think will do it.

    So flights booked. 2.30pm flight out of Birmingham to Dubai Saturday. Going to try and see as many people and do as much as I can with the family and friends before I leave alone get back into Dubai life. Push was v good today. Linked up with Zac and posed took some pics and they look half decent just need to get way more fat off my hips abs and lower back as I look super blocky but it’s coming so gotta keep it coming now !

    I don’t see the need for the eaas. That’s unnecessary as i assume you have high protein meals across the day.

    Legs was a killer yesterday really feeling it today and when it’s a rest day and your tired the doms just make you so sluggish. But we got everything done as usual and tried to squeeze some chill time in there too. Decided to leave back to Dubai at the weekend so need to start wrapping up here and get headed back.

    I’m with hilly here. People respond differently to different types of Gh. Lower and assess and if needed drop it.

    A decent pull session today and a new low on the scales. After a stressful week body is moving again and it’s a touch tighter too. Will see how it looks tomorrow and see if it continues as I will have an off plan/refeed tomorrow so if I break today’s new low that will just confirm that decision some more. Was really good to see Marc today and chat and talk past present and future. We’ve been so close for a long time now it was really nice tbh really enjoyed it.

    Leg day tomorrow bring it on!

    Back in the gym today for a solid push session. Actually really happy with how today went. Stark contrast from yesterday! Felt strong and I’m actually really liking training in premier. The kit is good, the people are good people and it has everything you need. I feel good on all the machines also. Had really good push and pull sessions there this week. So looking forward to hitting pull tomorrow and meeting Marc while he’s there training push too. Will be a good catch up.

    Today was a total shit show. My living situation just got a bit too much today with family returning. Kels nan out of hospital in with us and I had so much to sort out I had to have another rest day. With everything happening my head literally felt like it was going to explode so I just thought rather than have a shit session which I knew it would be as I just couldn’t switch off with the living situation and the planning of when do we return to Dubai. On my own will have to be the first thing as I can’t risk taking the kids back until I’m fully sure it’s safe and then what if it does kick off again means I’ll be back in the uk again so it’s just a time thing waiting and wondering and spending ! That’s killing me off too but mainly is the unsettling feeling of not being at home and in the routine I crave – especially on prep.

    Thanks for the response, the only issue I have with trt and why I’m debating it is will I run into problems down the line say 20 year. Or if keeping on top things hemocrit etc it’s possible to live a healthy life for a prelonged time on it. Apologies if this is a stupid question just trying to gather some information to make a decision

    You should be fine if you keep on top of blood work as Ryan says bud. Personally I’d self administer but that’s a preference thing

    Not posted here for the last 2 days because I’ve been so trashed when I usually do it before bed I’ve been flat out. I have woken up on the sofa now for the past 2 nights at 4am ! Not good.

    Anyway I had a banging pull session at premier gym. Machines felt awesome. Really nailed my back and haven’t had a session like that in a while.

    Rest day today but absolutely rammed with work it’s been relentless. Had to get around 8k steps in one hit felt like I was out walking the streets for hours ! Feet are killing lol.

    Back to push tomorrow for the 3 day block
