I have ran it for 16 weeks before with no issues to my blood results.
Sleep was screwed for 10 weeks of that etc and acid reflux became and issue but both of these happen with me from tren no matter what.
I think it depends on your overall lifestyle and how your body genetically handles drugs.
these are to 2 factors most overlooked yet by far the most important in my opinion.
I doubt ill run tren for longer than 10-12 weeks again. I feel for me personally my sleep takes to much of a hit.
there is no doubt though the longer you run it the more impressive your physique will change.

Thanks hilly! 4 weeks in and no issues as of yet, will keep going and monitor these things – I only plan on having it in until week 10! But didn’t know what others views and experiences where!

Why are you adding clen ? What’s your goal ?
If use clen as a last tool during a prep or a mini cut.
Manipulate cardio and calories first then use clen once you get most out of those IMO

current goal is a mini cut – just pulling back on the body fat before I go back into a cruising phase To a gaining phase again
you are right – I’ll leave the clen out and pull the calories down a bit before adding more than needed!

in all honesty would be coming off and running pct, but am half tempted to cruise! not sure how effective it would be if I stopped everything else!

I was running test prop at 400mg a week (week 1 – 14)
added tren ace for the final 5 weeks (9 – 14)
also running Anavar at 40mg per training day, been off for 3 months now, bloods done and everything is where it should b! never ran npp before but always read so much good about it!Instagram - Hayden_lungley

hey man, how comes you prefer the one body part a week over PPL? any reasons or do you find it benefits you more training like that? 🙂

it isn’t an essential as such, but keeping body fat down is something I’ve always struggled with, so was thinking around 20 mins cardio first thing just to help keep that down!
