Need more context about you, goals etc, but I would personally avoid anadrol and stick with 500mg test – you will progress nicely off this alone ?

personally i dont have an issue with people posting anything if they own the gyms! as at the end of the day youve worked hard to get to that position so it makes no odds to anyone else as you arent breaking the law/rules 🙂 im fairly certain if anyone had the option to train in there own gym… theyd also be there!

BFR will come into handy massively during this period . I’d use them with split squats definitely & hit high reps. If you got enough weights I’d just get squats as heavy as possible.

Thanks for that! I used them for split squats, don’t have squats stands so putting to much weight isn’t ideal! But worked very well indeed! Legs blew up ????

Just try it out if it works for you . I personally never liked single arm presses because it’s very hard to stay stable with a certain amount of weight.
I tried it… and felt exactly the same! Couldn’t get enough stability with the heavier weight! Will continue on with what we can 🙂 cheers dude

depends on what your goal is bud – tren is mainly used towards the back end of a prep, when food/carbs for most is generally lower so you should be okay. so you shouldnt need to increase carbs bud – but again, depends on your situation etc 🙂

personally, i would say if you are only training 2 x a week, then i would just stay on a cruise until lockdown is over, or you can get more sessions in with heavy weights etc. Being honest, you wont be building much off 2 sessions a week.. so money wise/health wise wouldnt seem all that worth doing! but it all comes down to blood work and what you feel best doing 🙂
