    It’s important to have a balance of both anabolic and androgenic steroids when cycling.

    One can play about with ratio to see what works best for them.

    There is no right or wrong.

    I know some very top guys that get on great with just high test n are huge.

    I know others that prefer only deca.

    Then there are those in the middle etc.

    There is no better way

    Your most likely issue is using sust.

    Lots have more side effects due to the more variation in hormone levels due to the different esters.

    I would look to use test E or test C n look to dose from EOD at 50mg of 100mg E5D

    However I guess it depends on what you call
    As dirty junk.

    For me you won’t create a mass monster eating lean meats / rice or potato n just oils for fats for example. I think the amount of kcal needed to create a true mass monster will be 2 great for most to consume just from what most see as true clean foods.

    However for me you can create or buy very nutritious burger n fries , pizzas, sushi , pancakes n so forth that will help your get on more kcal with less actual food.

    I feel for most this will be vital if you wish to be a true mass monster.

    Just look to Jordan , jamie , kuba , james , luke.

    All eat pretty clean but all eat some kcal dense foods in there.

    Dirty junk for me is crap like kfc or donner meat or corner shop pizza that is mainly bread n crap cheese n little solid ingredients

    Over thinking buddy in the grand scheme.

    Long as your total kcal intake is what it needs to be n your hitting the right protein n fat amounts the. You can split the rest as you like.

    In terms of timing it’s nice to have more of your carbs pre n post but using rice or sweet pot with a Balanced meal matters very little if it all.

    Go with what you digest n enjoy the most

    So another session in garage gym

    Seated ham curls – 2 warm ups then 5 work sets , 3 to failure

    V squat – 8 sets of 10 with just a plate a side with 4 sec neg n minute rest. – monitor how back feels here

    1 leg ham curls – 1 warm up n 3 failure sets

    SLDL – 2 x 15 not failure.

    Need to remind myself at the start of every session I am not to try n go heavy on the V squat or my back will go.

    The amount of top level athletes that use insulin is likely more than BB n none are fat.

    I think your more likely to gain fat when people use insulin wrong as a lot do
