    Hello buddy.
    The purpose of insulin is to shuttle glycogen n amino acids into the blood stream n from the blood stream to muscle n fat quicker.
    So adding insulin to a meal will
    Speed / enhance this process.
    However it’s not something I’m a fan of
    Nor do I think 98% of people need to do so.

    Have you done any research on insulin ? As I know you have it in your cycle.

    Pwo is when your body is screaming for nutrients.

    Insulin helps shuttle nutrients at a enhanced rate as discussed.

    So pwo makes a lot of sense to use and safest approach were most start.

    Recovery / pct update.
    Just finished running 20000iu hcg over last 20 days or so.
    Just done bloods via finger tip as only option.
    Once get results back can asses if I need more hcg or move to clomid.
    Feel ok n sex drive ok

    So results case back – lh n fsh still bottomed.

    Test was 3 lol so silly low but it shows body is working.

    Running another 20000iu hcg over next 20 days with hmg n will retest.

    So trained in a clients garage gym today n was a decent session. Just eased in

    Quad focused legs

    V squat – done 3 sec negative with a pause – 3 sets of 20 with just 1 pps – I’m not suppose to load my spine due to slipped discs so won’t increase weight on this. Just add sets

    1 leg extensions – 3 x 15/15/12

    Duck squats stood on plates – 3 x 20 reps

    2 leg extensions – 3 x 20

    Calves – 4 x 20

    12 sets for legs

    Will do 12 sets on Sunday ham focused

    Then n overall BW workout next week.

    Plan is 3 session a week total volume 36 sets.

    As can’t go very heavy n can only train legs choosing this higher volume approach

    Hey, you can jump back on if you feel your health markers are okay( blood work dependent). HCG will start your testicles again, a little counter productive when running testosterone (sending two different signals). TRT doctors will have men run 150mg or so of test a week and micro dosed of hcg (250iu 3 x per week, give or take). The theory is to keep the testicles active. They will also introduce HMG when trying to increase spermagenasis, 75iu 3 x per week. All synthetic testosterone reduces sperm count, the best way to conceive is to come off everything, run full pct and add hmg if necessary (use sperm kit test for sperm count). The other next best option is TRT, HCG and HMG.

    So I came back off the cruise dose n am running a full pct again.

    I have 2 clients that just waited it out n after 6 months sperm was good.

    So it may just be a waiting game.

    We had just started with the clinic as this all happened to all checks etc have been postponed

    So I’m confused as to what you are trying to do here.

    Why are you running all 3 ? Is this for fertility?

    If so fsh is in range so body is making sperm.

    If your looking to recover it’s impossible to tell as lh is crashed so it may be the clomid raising test levels.

    Usually you don’t run all 3 for recovery at the same time.

    Read the literature n make a decision from there.

    I would go in at 600 n retest n adjust but this is were the decision is yours n should be based on your research

    4iu is more than enough yes. However remember insulin should fit your diet n adapted to it. There are better ways to run IMO but they require more accuracy n timing.

    I feel a great way to start is shooting pwo

    Make sure your plan is designed properly for it with things to keep sensitivity high etc as well as macro correct timings etc.

    I think you can run it 3 x a week for longer periods with not to much issue – 8-12 weeks.

    If running more often then I would reset every 4 weeks.

    So 4 on 4 off 4 on etc but this is just me

    So I like the cycle. Obviously as I have no idea about you etc I can’t say if it’s suitable for yourself

    But that AAS mix will be very good indeed

    However the insulin – I would limit it’s use to either PWO for 4 weeks on 4 weeks off – if wanting to advance this run pre n post.

    I would not start adding to meals

    Or run it 3 x a week for 8-12 weeks using the right support supplements

    The GHRP’s are good. If using one I would go with 2 not 6.

    Lesser side effects and a cleaner release I believe.

    Not as good as GH but worth a try. I would look to 1-200mcg 3 x a day.

    Also read into tb500 n bpc500.
