At just that dose I feel all at once is best.
This will give you a higher rise in IGF which is the main goal IMO when looking to build muscle.
I’d also potentially go with pre bed over pre workout.
However in terms of when to take it, it’s really splitting hairs n doesn’t matter to much. You can argue for am, pre or pre bed.

200mg is probably just over TRT. Most would only need 150mg. I would just run moderate doses for longer, then i would do full pct unless you can’t produce your own testosterone.

I need TRT I suffered from iron overload for a number of years and it’s affected my test levels and 200mg puts me at 29.5 just under top end.

If this is the case then 6 on 6 trt isn’t a bad approach in my opinion.Just make the cycles all quick acting stuff.
Make sure food is high from the start.

I would run something as follows
100mg test P n 100mg NPP
EOD got 8 weeks of the lockdown.
This will yield some great results.
If this was only going to be a one off cycle I’d also throw an oral in
50mg oxy or 50mg var or 30mg Dbol 1 hour pre gym.I would want to come out of isolation looking dammmmmm good lol

So I’ve coached myself my last several shows alongside coaching clients. It can be very difficult.
What you need is some one with good eyes who you trust to either confirm your right or wrong at certain times.
