    T4 gets changed to t3 in the body to control the thyroid mainly.

    However I believe the actually conversion process n t4 may be involved in other pathways to n this is why a lot of TRT include both t4 and t3

    Could you please post your blood work n the individual t4 , t3 readings n tab so we can see things.

    If your low end of normal or just under I would look to natural supplants to boost this first

    It’s really hard to say as each individual is different. The only way of knowing is running a pct and hcg and seeing what happens.

    cream of rice post workout, never had any problem with it before – hands get kind of red and tingly too – could it just be the high carb intake?

    I very much doubt it’s the high carb.

    Are you taking any new pre or intra supps ?

    45 minute czar duo plus 10 minute yoga n abs on waking.

    Worked till abt 1. Lots of clients staying positive n busting ass.

    Trained upper this afty.

    I only have bands n will plod on with this.

    As I have said this forced rest may help heal my tendinitis so taking it.

    It’s debatable n IMO depends on the situation.

    As in if your using it to boost performance or using it for visual effects etc

    For most tho one daily dose is fine.

    High fibre foods – sweet pot / brown rice / oats

    Keep fluid high.

    Fast early day so your meals are closer together

    So with all that’s been going on I have been very busy with nhs work n client stuff so my own physique n talking abt it has taken a back seat.

    New plan – diet down while in lock down n on pct.

    Goals – drop down to circa 200lb. Yes muscle will be lost but such is life , keep pursuing fertility n wait till the world returns to normal.
    Secondary is tendons / shoulders m other niggles heal.

    Every morning – 40 mins walk, abs and yoga stretch. 60 min total.

    Most evenings circuit stuff with body weight or bands.

    @hilly I would do that but I’m actually already in a v comfortable place bf wise (11% according to BodyScan) and was in a deficit for a long time before this and have no intention of competing. I think I’m going to try a slight surplus for a while with high volume full body training focusing on mind connection and active rest days – see where I end up ????

    It’s certainly possible. Remember it’s total load that counts.

    If I was trying to do this I would look at doing individual body part sessions with higher volume in higher rep ranges.

    So I agree a lot with Andrew.

    I feel oxy is a great addition to a cycle. As it works in sink.

    I don’t feel it’s a gd addition to a cruise especially in current situation. Actually makes no sense as you can’t use its main benefit of strength increase to assist in muscle building.
