I think the gyms will be closed longer, maybe late april, in that case i would cruise and use the time for recovery of the system

Most say roughly Lean BW in lb x 15kcal is a good starting point to maintain BW. I would want protein atleast 1g per lb to maintain as much muscle as possible

For myself n client I’m recommending them move to a fat loss phase.
Train hard n intense with what you have n use the time to cut done bodyfat off.

If you are totally resting I would sit at what you know your maintain kcal is.
The best way to get this if you currently track your food n know what your eating maintains is add up your 7 day totals for T n R days then divide by 7

So I would have a minimum or 4 carb meals a day if trying to grow.
So make meal 1 n maybe 2 pro /fat.
Then the rest P/C m keep pre n post higher

Because Iv been dieting down for my holiday. Do I build up the calories slowly so don’t just put fat on?
For me I would continue to diet down during this time so that when we can get back in the gym your body is in the perfect place to grow/rebound.
You can still burn kcal n work hard at home with limited equipment.
The fact is if we can’t lift heavy as normal some muscke loss is inevitable this is just fact.
May as we slice n Dice what you have till you can build again.
I would reduce carbs down based on current expenditure n reduced training intensity.
Keep protein to minimum 1g per lb
