    How was the fertility results mate?
    I came off trt (cruise) 6 weeks ago and have been using hcg/hmg and using the yo sperm test kit have gone from nothing to back in normal range. Hoping to get the mrs pregnant now over the next couple months.

    Still low. As it was last check in November unfortunately.

    Not sure if it’s the hmg I was taking is fake tho so I switched around 4 weeks ago.

    Had bloods taken yesterday

    I’m producing sperm
    N the health is gd. Just not a lot so it’s not terrible news.

    Good luck in getting the mrs pregnant bud.

    Im just asking if a minicut during the end of a aasbulk phase is a good idea or not.. Not asking for a diet plan or something. What to eat and not i already know..

    No I don’t believe so. I would look to hold weight for 6-10 weeks first

    So I disagree with most here.

    Pwo Cardio is fine and utilised my buy to great effect.

    It makes a lot of sense as your depleted from the workout.

    Yes fasted is better but pwo is second best IMO for most.

    I wouldn’t do more than 30 mins n for most would do steady state or a mixture of HIT n steady state.

    Just make sure you have EAA intra.

    Some power walking after training is no way on earth effecting recovery for most.

    Obviously hitting the stair master after legs may not be a gd idea.

    However some see this as a way of finishing a leg session while increasing kcal expenditure.

    There is protein in everything bud obviously but the quality is very poor in some IF there is any actual that can be digested.

    Fruity pebbles n other crap cereals I would not be counting protein from Was my point.

    I would counter argue with this.

    If your body produces its biggest spike at night does it make sense to inject a bolus amount when the body needs it most ??

    N at your age your natural spike may be 0.5iu at best lol

    Get bloods done
    Estro
    Prolactin
    Test
    Then we can advise in the best steps.
    I’m going to imagine your estro is to high – 12.5mg aromasin or 0.5mg adex or even 20mg nolva may fix this
    But get bloods done first

My previous test levels a month ago were 16. I want the ultimate cycle for mass (and to resolve my sex issues) whilst keeping health in mind, any advise is welcome brother.     Hey. So your bloods look ok bar prolactin elevated. Do a search on here for ways of controlling that. Vitamin B6 I believe can help.

    I certainly don’t want paying for any advice on here bud. It’s what you subscribe for n my role here so don’t worry about that.
