What I would want to know is was your liver sky high post cycle n it’s took 11 weeks to come down or is it alwats around here.
Getting bloods done after 11 weeks of being healthy gives you no indication of damage caused

I would add 75g carbs. 25 meal 1, 25 pre n 25 intra or post.
If you feel like your loosing gas / pump then I would want more glycogen in the muscle to fuel the workout as well as more around it to replenish glycogen n aid in recovery / growth
