    So legs today was all focus on mind muscle connection , super sets n form.

    This is how this next week will
    Go as I ease in n test tendons etc.

    Legs

    Lay ham curls with extensions- 2 x warm up 15 Reps, 3 x 10 reps

    Glute bridge SS with walk lunges – 3 sets 15 reps

    Seated hack SS duck squats – 3 sets 12 reps

    Adductor SS abductor – 2 sets 20 reps

    Seated leg press – 5 sets 10 reps with 10 second rest Inbetween.

    Could barely breath stupid chest / flu issues.

    Legs felt gd tho

    I no of several getting joint pain recently m over this last year from GH.

    The more people I speak to
    The more common it seems to be.

    There is little reported in studies on it tho from my research over this last year

    So man flu has been kicking my ass twice as bad since NYE. I havnt left the house bar to do
    Some cardio last 2 days.

    I’m going to try legs today but not sure how that will
    Go down.

    Been real busy with new n existing clients which is good. I really just want to get better so I can get back to plan myself.

    Something to add I have become aware of lately.
    Good Gh used in to high of a dosage for your body can and does give severe joint pain particularly elbows and knees.
    Im yet to determine if this is avoidable by titrating the dose up or just a genetic response.  
    Im hoping its avoidable by tapering the dose up.  
    Ive ran gh at 2-4iu daily with no issues.  However I am currently running 6iu on training days and now finding it painful to walk.
    There is also some discussion here and there it could be brand dependant but I don’t buy into this currently.

    hi hilly I’ve been running 4i.u daily of gh for 2 months now and the joint pain is terrible. I’ve noticed if i stop gh, after about 3 days the joint pain almost goes away. do you think an eod schedule would stop the pain or keep daily but reduce the dose? [/quote]

    So im presuming you mean the shorter 5/8 orange and not the 1 inch orange??

    as the colour is in regards to the thickness of the needle not the length.

    if using the shorter 5/8 I would only ever do 1/2 ml to 1ml personally and only in areas were lean.

    with the 1 inch orange o have put around 2-2.5ml in just took a while to push through

    hello I did a mass cycle(12 weeks) with testo 625, tren ace 300 and parabolan at 156

    Now I am in bridge with testo 125 and primobolan 200…. I would like to do a more intense mass cycle with testo 650 and Deca at 500, proviron 50 mg and with oxymetolone 100 mg the first four weeks what do you think?

    Firstly all of the above I agree with fully.

    However as it sounds like you just want a drug discussion.

    You should not be bridging at your level of development and certainly not on test and primo – you are still on cycle.

    So you should aim to gain 2-3 kg while on this cruise phase using food and training

    From here your next cycle should be IMO – test 250 and 200mg deca nothing else and aim to gain 4-5kg here

    then maintain this while coming off everything and doing a pct – break for 10 weeks

    then try 400mg test and 200mg deca and If you must use an oral here then try 50mg oxy on train days only

    aim to gain 4-5kg here minimum.

    This should run you most of 2020 and have you gaining 12-15kg and a hell of a lot of muscle all while working back up to the dose you did the most recent cycle on.

    This is not how I would be doing things if you were my client this is just best wa forward based on your information given from a purely drug based discussion

    I would agree with the above and say you are in a great spot to keep pushing weight up.

    As a rule of thumb I would look to gain 4-6lb of scale weight a month maximum unless adding in some form of supplement that may cause a big jump.

    This in my opinion is a pretty good rate that limits fat gain.

    if you start to feel uncomfortable about the way you look do a short hard mini cut for 3-4 weeks and then go again.

    The fact is if any one wants to gain a decent amount of tissue they must gain some fat along the way.

    Still with the manu flu but its a little better.

    Work at NHS this morning then going to the gym to do some cardio/abs/calves and stretching.

    Was -2 this morning so no chance was my ill ass going out in that. Im really considering an exercise bike for in the house but we shall see.

    NYE tonight and I hope you all have a great one. I am out for food and drinks with friends and it shall not be a late one like years past.

    Plan was to get back into gym this week but my tendons are in agony so I am going to try n rest n do double Cardio

    Cut some fat off that I gained.

    Want my weight down close to 200 before I look to start slowly growing on this Trt dose

    So I trained yesterday with clients in kuba gym ultraflex Rotherham.

    Unreal place. Wish it was my local gym I know that.

    So we did legs n was just a – let’s annihilate each other without stressing tendons.

    Lay ham curls SS extension- 2 warm up sets then 3 work
    Sets – last one to failure. Reps 12

    Precor leg press – 5 sets 20/15/12/10/8 – adding 2 plates each set.

    1 leg leg press – 3 sets 12 reps pyramid up in weight

    Stand leg curl – 2 sets 15-20 reps

    Seated leg press – 1 x 100 reps rest paused.

    I then died lol.

    Didn’t wake till 11am today. Soaked n coughing guts up. I always get flu every dam year.

    So as has been said. 240mg is not Trt. This will put your well above the natural range

    I would suggest 50mg test MWF

    Thank you JP and Ryan and that’s exactly what I thought and gathered from my research on this site.
    I will be sticking with npp for now then. But why is it that npp is so much less mg per ml com paired to deca??

    It is n it isn’t.

    Deca when made for hospital was only ever 50mg/ml or 100mg/ml.

    UGL makes these drugs stronger.

    NPP doesn’t seem to
    Suspend in doses over 150mg
