150mg per week will see most at around 30mmol. That’s the max testosterone limit for natural males in the UK, so trt dose.

Your body will do as it pleases until it reaches balance.

So I would suggest sitting here for a month or 2. See how sex drive , energy etc is.

As your estro although just out of range isn’t terrible.

I would restest in 6 weeks to see if body is stable.

I would then pull test back down to 200 a wee n remove Adex totally

Give it 6-8 weeks. Judge sex drive n energy etc again n compare to before.

Retest n see how things look

What is your test reading along side that estrogen read now.

So currently you are taking 100mg test every 3-4 days and 0.5 adex EOD ?

I find the best way of doing Trt is 50mg test MWF or 75mg M and Thursday

I would go higher kcal from carbs on 3 sessions with big lifts

Medium days with slightly less carbs on other 3 day’s.

Rest days lower carbs.

Cyclic dextrin 30-60g is IMO ample for any one.

Higher fat meal IMO would be 20-30g

I would as kuba says add cardio if not doing any.
Then look at ways of increasing the bodies kcal burning through supplements

Then drop kcal on rest days
