    So I hope every one had a fantastic Christmas.

    I didn’t actually eat much shit, Xmas eve I ate to many biscuits. 1/2 bloody box lolol

    Yesterday was as below. Due to my messed up GIT n slow transit one big meal ruins my day

    3 boiled eggs

    Dinner

    Turkey n stuffing in gluten free bun

    Protein shake with cashew nuts in

    1 free from choc frog

    2 x coffee with tequila patron in

    1 x Ameretto – this means the bottle lol

    Deep tissue on forearms this morning.

    Legs this afternoon. Higher volume session with nothing past failure n only one set to failure each exercise.

    Resting joints n tendons.

    All exercises were – 20/15/12/10/failure pyramid up in weight.

    Lay ham curl
    Extension
    Leg press
    Seated ham curl

    Glute bridge

    Seated calf’s

    Done in hour. Huge pump.

    Out for a meal tonight.

    Hi @hilly
    I read caber is best for this and I will be able to get my hands on some.
    With my levels at 500mU/L and normal range being 86-324, what kind of dosage would you advise I hypothetically take?
    Is it not strange that my prolactin is so high considering I’m on a test only cycle??

    It is a little bud yes but we are all different. The how n why these things may happen is out of my knowledge at times

    I would advise just .5 twice a week.

    Hi Hilly, I saw that you are specialized even in digestion. I don’t know if it’s fit in this matter. However I try to explain! I am always eating clean, since few years when I m eating broccoli, blueberry, celery…(All food that I always ate in the past without issue) I m getting dermatitis on my face! Went to the GP … LOLWith LOL I mean they are just give me the short cut solution! A cream! But I would like to understand! And I loved broccoli! Missing them! Maybe you know why? Nothing so bad I can still eat Brussels sprouts…Thanks!

    There is a theory with some science that the body seems to change every 7 or so years.
    I have found this to be quite common n after a while people just can’t digest foods they used to be able to.
    I had this with oats n dairy. Funnily several years later I can now have some dairy again.

    The environment can definitely cause it. However this could be more likely to the food n how it is treated before you buy it from country to country.

    An other major factor related to environment is stress n this can be the main factor. I have several techniques I rotate through with clients to try n reduce this.

    @Hilly and @Ryan, thanks for answering. Quick background information: Yeh, I’m still young: 22 years old. However, coming off completely is not (and never will be) an option for me. Never got testosterone prescribed by a doctor (personal, complicated reasons), however, before starting anabolics I did multiple private blood tests at testosterone was at the same level of that of a 70-year-old male lol … Suddenly everything made sense to me since I had lots of problems before discovering this, which were all linked to the low T levels. So blast and cruise is where it’s at for me.
    Been on-cycle for 7 months now switching compounds etc (not my first cycle), but no crazy dosages at all. And of course, I’m very much aware that the 300mg test/ E I’m now on, does NOT equal a natural test level. Never stated that in my post you see.
    My question was just, do you guys always go for a “full blast” or do you also sometimes just go through periods of “low anabolic use” (such as 250-300mg test only), to then push things harder again? Would there ever be a case you decide to go for a true TRT-dosage, even when health markers are still acceptable? Was curious about you guys take on it and whether or not staying on “higher” dosages of test is causing other problems which I would not be aware of.
    @Hilly : about my cholesterol: these were the values from 5 weeks ago or so (from which I think they’re fine?). Will soon do bloods again.
    Total cholesterol: 130 mg/ dL
    HDL-cholesterol: 39 mg/ dL
    Non-HDL-cholesterol: 91 mg/ dL
    Ratio tot. chol./ HDL-chol. : 3,33
    LDL-cholesterol calculated: 81 mg/ dL

    Lol at your post. It screams your looking for justification of just running low dose cycles inbetween blasts bud.

    Both posts do.

    Listen no one can tell you it’s fine to run test at 300mg long term. Simply there is no studies.

    The whole idea of dropping to a low dose is to do a maintaining phase so your body can rest / reset.

    So for guys like Jordan n Jamie n kuba they may need more to maintain 3-500 than say you or I.

    James H is on 250 n growing while he cruises.

    Fact is your 22 n should be spending some time with your levels in the normal range so your body knows what it’s like to then go up again.

    Otherwise every time you go up you will need to go up further from 300

    My blood work is barely out of range pre comp. it’s hard to believe

    Does that mean I should run the gear n doses I do pre crimp year round ??
    Certainly not as there are other stresses that don’t show up on blood work on the heart etc etc.

    Just my thoughts. Your 22 n may very well need to be on TRT.

    Your bloods me be on on 300.

    This doesn’t mean it’s at this point you should sit.

    I would look to try and restore test levels naturally with a pct.

    However you may of always just had low test.

    Vitamin B6 may be an option for prolactin

    Trying to base my diet from the apps advice, and go from there.

    Looking at intra/peri workout, it’s saying 87g carbs and 57g protein.

    How could I do that? I use Maltodextrin so that’s carbs but what protein could I use?

    So intra/peri workout means during but also pre and post workout – Peri

    So for most of my clients at a more basic to inter level I recommend 10-15g EAA pre and then isolate or a meal immediately PWO – Then depending on the client this may include a carb powder in the pre shake and will include carbs Post either cereal/rice/potato etc.

    If I am suggesting a carb powder then I base this within the clients budget and personally I would rather them use less of a higher quality source like cyclic dextrin when I don’t want to spike blood sugars (pre/intra) and then if needing some fast acting ones Post I will use sweets like dolly mixture as this is the same as drinking dextrose. If using an intra then sometimes I will opt for sweets pre but this is when kcal is on the higher side.

    IMO as a base I do like an EAA either pre or intra and when clients are on the larger side 15g pre and intra. Carbs is very case dependant I feel and no were near as important for us as getting in some good EAA around training.

    Firstly I would try to have 5 feeds if possible. The more you can spike MPS during the day the better.

    How you set things up depends on factors as mentioned above.

    Day to day activity n body comp.

    As well as lifestyle, Hunger n day to day set up

    Going to totally focus on tendons getting better.

    This means all exercises will be 4 – 5 sets.

    Done working to 1 failure set , All Reps 12-15.

    Toe press on seated leg press

    Cardio

    Tendons feel better after the work last week n extra work.

    Just need to focus on not stressing them
