You should be able to maintain on 150 so it makes no sense to stay on 300 unless your still pushing for gains.
150 puts me very top end of range

Change brand to a gd one. Run 100-150mg a week. This should put you around 25-30 test range. Get bloods checked again before going on cycle so you know stuff is good pre prep.

3-500mg daily is a sage dose I believe.
Up to 700mg can be ok if spread out over the day.
Some caffein is good for you.
The danger part is when people are taking 4-700mg in one hit with daft doses of pre workout.

So I like to make sure it’s enough to cause n increase in scale movement without stressing digestion
I find for most this is 2-300kcal per day or around 1400kcal per week.
We’re it comes from depends on the client
Do they need more carbs ? If not I may be inclined to add more good fats
How do they feel day to day
How is digestion
How is body composition etc.
All plays a part in how you make your next move.

I’ve also never heard of a meat only diet. Ever n I work both within the private nutrition n nhs sectors.
I think including things like liver is fantastic.
I think not including other food groups is terrible

So the party was great sat night.
Trained with my client Chris in his gym MJ’s. We trained back n traps. Was a good session some awesome kit in there n fantastic atmosphere.
Rested today as still trying to work on tendons recovering.
As my goal of getting leaner isn’t really happening due to my social life this month I am going to push cardio harder with some HIT pre steady state. The goal is still to drop some BF while resting body to help tendons heal.
This is many don’t make progress during December n most can actually go backwards.
Now I’ve been on point all year n am treating the last 3 weeks n next 3 as pure down time n chill/ clean out because next year is all bodybuilding n business.
This doesn’t mean I will let things go backwards
Meals are still prepped n tracked
Training is still hard
Cardio still done.
Weight after putting 1/2ml tear back in n gh is around 210lb.
I intend to pull

Saw above you mentioned you suddenly couldn’t digest oats after a while. I’m currently having this problem. Been eating them for years, now all of a sudden they bloat me to fuck and make me super gassy, along with other digestive issues (will spare the details). If it matters, I’m currently 6 months into a gaining phase and have been pushing food up (gone from consuming 70g oats to 120g).
Is there a way you’d recommend to work around this? I’ve switched to ground rice as a carb source for now, but I absolutely love oats so would prefer to be able to eat them! Is there a way to undo this intolerance or do I just have to avoid them for a while?
For reference, I’ve also had a history of lactose + gluten intolerance, although these have become much less severe in recent years.

Of oats to but I havnt been able to eat them in maybe 6 years. Very sad times.Ways ive helped clients be able to digest them better tho.
Soak them over night
Grind them down in a blender first.However neither of these options help me but they may you.

Great session – it kicked my ass.
Lay ham curls a – 3 work sets up in Reps
New glute ham machine – 3 work sets
1 leg HS curls – 3 work sets – up in Reps
Leg press – x 13, x 20. Up in Reps both sets
Seated hack – reverse band instead of normal banded – loads better in knees – 2 x work sets
1 leg seated ham curl – x 2 sets
1 leg seated leg press – 2 sets
Adductor – x RP set – up in Reps
Volume up slightly – hard work but still progressing so all is good.
All sets stopped at that last hard rep before hitting that failure point.

(All food that I always ate in the past without issue) I m getting dermatitis on my face! Went to the GP … LOL
With LOL I mean they are just give me the short cut solution! A cream! But I would like to understand! And I loved broccoli! Missing them!

I have found this to be quite common n after a while people just can’t digest foods they used to be able to.
I had this with oats n dairy. Funnily several years later I can now have some dairy again.

It’s a well reported fact woman seem to be able to do more without the risk of loosing muscle. More so I think due to them being lighter / and not as strong meaning less impact.
Find woman seem to respond better to higher intensity LISS like stair master and HIT on a spin bike for example.
This is case n situation dependent for instance if pre comp I would remove at some point etc or if it was effecting strength n recovery
