    The body changes as we age. It’s a scientific fact and sometime well studied.

    People can all of a sudden become allergic to there dogs, develop hay fever , stop being able to digest certain things.

    Or it can occur from damage caused from poor diet etc

    would you say that would be the way to go then…..simply go back to basic food choices for a period of time then add back in and record?

    does it need to be as basic as you mentioned I.e rice and white meat/fish.[/quote]

    I have worked with several people similar to this n there is no short term fix unfortunately.

    It’s a timely process of trial n error , making notes n looking at not just food types but what u eat at certain times n what foods you combine.

    Keto can help but not if eating wrong fats or wrong proteins.

    Some need a different balance of soluble to insoluble fibre etc.

    Unfortunately there is no one that can give u direct answer.

    With most clients I take things right back to the most non allergenic Easy to
    Digest foods.

    I had a client from Europe who had not had a solid BM in years n was always bloated.

    We had to strip his diet back to jasmine rice , White meats n fish with just cucumber n coconut oil.

    Specific things to look at healing the inside of the stomach. This helped alleviate almost all issues n then work in what to try n add were. What didn’t work so we ended up with a plan that he has to follow daily to be symptom free. This took 3-6 months.

    Shoulders n tri today. Good workout overall strength up here n there or maintained which is gd as volume is increased.

    Macros same as always no additional food again lol. Such is the life of short preps lol.

    its certainly one way of doing things but I would not inject test every 10 days.

    I would be doing it 3 x a week to maintain stable hormones.

    I do like a lower test/higher anabolic cycle depending on the person

    From my blood work n clients I find this keeps levels stable more than twice a week.

    There is atleast 1-2 videos Jordan has done on this.

    I cant give advice as you havnt stated why you want to use insulin, what setting it is within, there is no pics to see if its needed, What is your diet set up like?
    fasting BG reads etc

    all of these are useful and needed to see IF insulin use makes sense and then from there one would look at options and protocols.

    I would seriously consider hiring some one or finding some one local with experience to walk you through it or do a load of research and come back to here with a protocol and all of the above information.

    One thing that stands out is that there is all the information available in the world online regarding insulin and muscle gain/performance enhancement. I know as I have been reading on it for around 10 years and the fact that you cant find much and all you did find is long acting which is the least popular and least used tells me you are not ready at all to consider its use.

    Increasing an AI and crashing estro is very very unhealthy for your body and bad for gains to.

    the only time one wants to do this is either pre contest or pre holiday (for this that like to look good on the beach like me)

    Always at the very end of a blast for me, before going into a cruise. Way too much muscle loss let alone decline in performance for me during a cruise, even when the deficit is very reasonable.

    Honestly if you loose any muscle on a cruise (which is 150mg test plus) there is an issue some were unless you are more than 210-220lb of pure muscle ( so hovering around 240 plus normally).

    Considering natural bodybuilders cut on no test and retain muscle its very very hard for us to actually loose muscle unless going from 8-5% bodyfat when things change a little which I doubt most are on there cruise.,

    your around 11-12% based on that picture bud.

    Your food is scary low, I would defo have a higher carb day of around 3 x your current carb intake.

    if you have been this low for a month your body will benefit from a higher day

    just to jump in on this… so for example if you have pre workout meal 1 hour before, your intra shake (peptopro and cluster dextrin) … would you have a post workout shake still? say whey iso n glutamine? then post workout meal 1 hour post shake?

    or would you remove the shake and just run with a post workout meal 1 hour post workout (and intra shake)

    Never really been into the intra stuff before, and thinking about trying it..

    if I have an intra I see little need for a PWO shake etc unless deep in off season and looking for extra kcal.

    Hi, I’m new to the forum. I am a Spanish boy, so my writing may contain errors, I’m sorry.

    I wanted to ask your opinion about an idea that sounds a lot in Spanish coaches, and is:
    training in the morning on an empty stomach, creating an environment of catabolism, increasing a greater peak of natural growth hormone, and later to finish the training, cause an anabolism with large amount of carbohydrate thus stimulating insulin ….

    I wanted to know if you see a good idea to make this type of protocol. My idea would be to be able to organize my diet of off season as well.

    So lets get the bullshit out of the way first. There is no significant increase in growth hormone spike coming from training fasted compared to any other training. Also research as confirmed over and over that any spike of GH from a workout has no effect on muscle growth etc as far as I remember from my reading.

    Now what training fasted mayyyy do is create a more depleted body which mayyyyy mean a more sensitive body for increased glycogen uptake PWO. This mayyyy be debated that it could cause a greater anabolic effect.

    However this is unlikely to have any significant effect on actual recovery and muscle growth. As its been shown we don’t need carbohydrates for actual protein synthesis to occur or be maximised.

    So my counter argument would be it would be better to have carbohydrates pre bed and intra so the body is fully fuelled and performing at its most efficient on all levels for muscle growth to be maximised. Having the muscle glycogen loaded (pre bed carbs) then having the bodies liver and blood loaded with glycogen means the body will be able to perform in my opinion at a maximal level in all aspects to create muscle.

    We then need to add that this is only 1-2 hours of a 24 hour day that is important for muscle growth and we are just looking at the stimulus here so we don’t want to be OTT.

    Now when one is dieting and trying to loose body fat I feel this would all be different and training fasted we have some fat burning benefits etc etc but this again is a different situation.

    Sorry I have blabbered abit here but there is so many if and but to this we could go round in circles. I think most importantly is my opening point that the theory being stated here is nonsense lol.
