    Thanks @hilly , yes next week will be the 4th week on Anastrozole. But what I meant was, say I take the Anastrozole on a Monday of the 4th week, how many days after taking this dose should I wait to have blood drawn, if this matters?

    Impossible to day and why I prefer to use an AI in smaller doses more regularly.

    if dosing only once or twice a week its hard to get an accurate reading as it will Yo Yo somewhat.

    For me I would test Friday so I know how my estrogen is further away from the dosing at its potential highest if that makes sense

    They are different drugs with different mechanisms.

    In the simplest terms Lantus is literally doing the job that the insulin released from the pancreas will do, Its directly transporting nutrients

    Metformin actually works on the liver to reduce the amount of glucose released and helps increase the uptake of glucose through other pathways.

    Fully understanding metformin is pretty hard to do, it gives me a bad head at times when I have tried to fully understand it but above is the simplest way.

    So for me in terms of bodybuilding and GH use lantus makes more sense to be used alongside GH than metformin does for several reason. The fact it increases IGF and doesn’t decrease it. The fact a lot suffer digestive issues with metf0ormin and lastly the fact metformin isn’t directly shuttling the glycogen we want were we want but is reducing some glycogen production and causing it to me utilised in other areas of the body.

    This is very much up to you.

    if you go to the doctors and tell him about your use he will log things and make a note of it. This may effect health insurance and things later down the line so keep this in mind.

    if you are wanting a general health check then just go and explain to the doctor that you are feeling very run down tired and a little/depressed and that you just never feel your usual self lately. Also advise you have had a few heavy nights drinking and are not sure if this could have anything to do with it.

    First port of call usually is to run a general blood test, now this wont test everything you ideally want but it will cover the more important ones.

    Pre:P/C(100g)
    Intra:P/C(50g)
    Post:P/C (225g)
    Pre Bed:P/F
    Curious if anyone would alter things around given the comments, such as maybe moving some of the carbs into the pre pre meal (making it a mixed meal for 2?Keeping carb amounts pre post the same but take 25-50 from the pre meal and put them in meal 2?

    1 – how drugs effect people hair is to individual for any one to tell
    You this bud unfortunately.

    2 – for me I think no one drug should be ran for longer than 8-14 weeks dependant on cycle set up n goals

    3 – NPP is an awesome drug for gains. In my opinion if your not impressed it’s because your gear not great or your diet/training suck as even those I have seen run with poor genetics like myself are impressed with it.

    4 – please see my answer to number 1.

    With hair it’s just genetic. I’ve taken all types of AAS n a fAir few types of reccies in my time n my hair line is great.

    My brother has done 2 very small
    Cycles in his life under my guidance, never partied or done reccies n his hair line is brutal.

    15 plus of my friends have all had transplants in the last 12 months. Only 60% use gear.
