For me i like to do the following.
Time my blast phases with phases of pushing with my training for obvious reasons.
Then when i move to a cruise the first 3-4 weeks quite a harsh mini cut – gear will still be higher as its tapering down and im deloading/reducing volume at this time also so makes sense.
Then look to push things up again slowly until ready to cycle and away you go.
My aim next year is going to be a full 12 months of muscle gaining focus and i will be approaching it like this. Likely with a 8 week blast and 4-6 week cruise/tidy phase and repeat.

For me i find the following does help
Vitamin D3 – 4-5000iu daily
vitamin C 1g daily
keeping on top of my overall health – heart/liver/cholesterol etc etc.

Creatanine levels can be elevated just from hard training etc at times and yours are barely elevated here so i personally would not be concerned.

Me personally my HDl vary rarely changes, its always just below 1 no matter when i get them done were as others can take a big hit just cruising.
I would say it seems AI’s have been shown to have a real bad impact on HDl and then orals without a doubt.

Yes you will need to to control estrogen.
Again how much tho is difficult and based on what you are currently doing.
usually on cycle I am 0.5mg ADEX MWF minimum to daily. If im at daily then I reduce to MWF as the drugs taper out.
If im on lower test and using just 0.5mg MWF then I will just drop down to MT for 2 weeks and then 0 AI

I like to keep protein constant.
the how you approach the rest day depends on the individual and there goal. Based on your numbers I wouldn’t drop kcal down much of all, maybe drop carbs to 200g from 100 but add some fats in and keep the kcal around 2400.
Again it depends on the goal and how you are currently looking.
If your lean and all out growth is the aim then you will keep kcal roughly the same and just drop some carbs for good fats to improve overall health and help aid digestion.
If your bodyfat is on the higher side then you may go much lower carb on these days to help maintain n increase insulin sensitivity and even use these as fat loss days almost.

So you have been pushing hard on 700mg test and up to 5500kcal for several months.
Your body has just likely hit a point were it needs a break/step backwards before it can move forward and most people find they hit these points. Im not 100% sure wether its just the system becoming jammed up so to speak or the body just being over worked and working so hard to maintain the new weight and process the food it fights back. Its likely your insulin sensitivity will of taken a hit to.
So as you are moving into a cruise I would use the first 4 weeks to mini cut – the 700mg test is tapering down so still high and this will allow you to psuh the mini cut hard, pull some fat off, re set insulin sensitivity and then from here you will get a nice little rebound and then look to maintain/push up very slowly until you are ready to get back on cycle and blow past your previous weight and strength

I stupidly paid 140 for a blood test and didn’t get prolactin and E done.
I think the main point I need addressed is, would 1mg of adex kill my cycle? If not I’d up dose. If that wasn’t working I’d likely have to lower test or introduce caber. I’ve used tren several times and never had a prolactin issue

I know what your main point is bud but it’s just guess work without bloods.On 500mg test 0.5mg Adex every day may put some to low n may be just right for others
1mg will be to much.
However none of this will matter if it’s prolactin caused n adding Adex will only screw your lipids n do nothing for the gyno.
So again no one can give you n answer n your shooting in the dark.
Get these tested n you will know exactly what to do now n also in the future

The effects will obviously wear off during time.
If I take 100mg I only feel the heat for a few hours
If I do 5 days on 300mg I then feel the heat for a few days after lol
