    Seated V grip row – 2 work sets
    Ez bar pull down – 2 work sets
    1 arm seated HS row – 2 work sets

    Traps – shrugs – 2 work sets
    Reverse pec dec – 2 work sets

    Strength up even though carbless still. Really noticing the energy lag during the day n brain fog

    ive just really lost all confidence I guess
    and I can deal with not understanding or having a logical reason behind it – scares me that my body has just gone ‘nope, youre done now’…
    heart on my sleeve..im just really upset by it all, and a massively scared of failing or having to stop.

    I think these comments are the most important based on me knowing you a little. If you cant figure this out it will drive you crazy and stress you to death. Which is the worst thing during a prep.

    Sometimes though our bodies just change permanently or just temporary an what has worked before or is normal just stops being normal and working. You know this happens as you will of seen it with others, maybe this is just a first for your own body????

    Just thinking outside the box at some of the more simpler things

    @thp read what I said I ain’t getting into this because it’s pretty pathetic. All the factors add to it. Staying on a TRT dose which he was running at the time there’s nothing damaging about it at all. Previous use would have sped up what was coming inevitably. Carrying extra weight which wasn’t needed is what truly puts pressure on already a weak heart. Done.

    Exactly this. fact is its been studied and monitored using test up to 600mg caused no ill health effects. Matt himself reported his bloodwork was actually better on 400mg of test than it was on 200mg test. He mentioned this in a video somewere last year or the year before.

    He has had heart issues before and admitted it was due to him pushing bodybuilding and not paying attention to other things. God gave him his warning and at first he listened. He downsized and stayed lighter with lower doses. However he as many of us is addicted to Bodybuilding (his wife ha stated this using these words I believe) not the drugs not the competition to the goal of building his body and as Kuba correctly states this last year he has pushed and pushed his weight up In recent videos he was Huge again and lean as hell, im sure he said he was close to his all time heaviest. He was also pushing a hell of a lot of food as he stated in his videos.

    It is this push in weight and food that has stressed an already weakened and poorly heart. Having just ran my highest every cycle and monitored all my BP was fine up to 230-235lb – once I pushed my food up not the drugs and my weight his 245 my BP instantly spiked as did my resting heart rate and breathing. It is this that is the main cause IMO

    usage of gh in offseason keeps you a bit leaner.

    But it depends also on your muscle size, if you have 205lbs your metabolism wont run that fast as the one of an 300lbs freak.
    muscles need energy, as more muscles you got, as more food you need to get down.

    Always depending on your metabolism but the scale will show you ????

    Never used t3 with gh in offseason, if theres no need and all markers are in range, why I should interfere ?

    Agree with this. Always base things off science and your own body and not what you read others do.

    I always sup with low dose T3 as my blood work has always shown im low on this as are my parents. If I didn’t need to I wouldn’t
