I have come off all. Me n my partner want a child. So I see no reason why I would risk any chance of that staying on.
Is it doable while staying on low dose yes. Will low dose likely negative sperm at some level yes

I would be very cautious about doing this.
As you may not recover to these levels you have now.

I don’t think you will feel much difference adding in 150mg per week. I expected you to be 10-15 test reading
You would IMOwould need to go 200-250mg minimum
but you certainly do not need TRT IMO but maybe look at lifestyle n diet.

Shoulders/arms
Legs
Off
Upper – diff gym
Lower – diff gym
OffThis set up is so I can log progression early in the week. Then I like to travel to diff gyms in weekends so this allows that flexibility as the U/L sessions won’t be logged.
Volume on working sets is the same over both sessions giving around 14-16 failure sets per week.

IMO your best approach is to get your test levels checked and see were they are.
From here add in 50mg test E 3 x a week or 75mg twice a week so the volume is low and then retest bloods in 6 weeks.
I prefer more frequent dosing as this seems to keep estrogen down etc were as taking 150mg once per week or 250mg every 10 days tends to cause a rise in estrogen and the need for an AI.
Test range usually goes from 8-28 or 9-30 and I would be looking to put myself around that 30 number.

From my own fertility protocol I use 5000iu HCG per week split into 3 injects, I use HMG at 50-75iu injected 3 x a week and I take something to control estro with a couple of other supplements.
This brought my fertility up to just below average on cycle earlier this year and I have used it with a few clients on and off AAS with success.
I am currently doing this again but totally clean with the aim of getting my partner pregnant.
I have not seen any one use this lower dosage though and have always seen on average from 1000-1500iu used EOD for HCG when looking at fertility.

I wouldn’t imagine this would be a good idea for any of us to do as we are not registered/qualified doctors and thus may be seen as giving bad/illegal/harming advice.
What we all do and you should strive to do is keep your levels within the ranges stated on the blood results.
Ones that are outside learn more about and read/ask on here to see if there should be a concern or not but mainly listen to your doctor. The only time this needs to be considered is such as the following example/
My my aminotransferase level is always between 50-70 when using any AAS during off season or prep, when I come off it falls down to within the range 0-45, so my local gp would raise this as a matter of concern. However this reading for liver damage can go upwards of 3/4/5/600 I believe and gets elevated from any medication we take.
So from my perspective this would be flagged by my GP but I am educated enough to see its not something I need to be concerned about.

are you running any hormones or anything that may be stressing the kidneys? What supplements are you taking if any to help support them? If your not I would definitely get some and listen to your doctor.

how do people make their porridge/oats in the off season? sick of cleaning the pan already but they taste crap when done in the microwave. Anyone got any tips?
Leave them to soak in a bowl overnight and then make in micro.

Imo these are of no issue for the reasons most want them or they are advertised. They will do very little to nothing in terms of breaking down scar tissue/reducing tension in trigger points etc etc.
having looked at these sorts of tools during my sports therapy degree and there use we learnt there just isn’t the force available or the depth reached to be effective like deep tissue is.
However they are IMO pretty good for warming areas up and increasing blood flow without the need to remove items of clothing etc. So ideal just before a session in tight spots or injured areas – calfs/knees/glutes/elbows/rotator cuff/pecs etc etc.

Why should I do cardio in bulking season? I have an active life, so should I do some cardio? (i didn’t do it before, only in cut season
