I had so many people message me about this. I was very disappointed by how many people were taken in by this.
There is a reason it was only done on Netflix lol because no one else would let such a one sided program be aired im sure.
The facts are the same anytime a vegan/veggie tries to have this argument. They take people with terrible diets (like the guys on this program saying usually they eat KFC) Give them some real health based veggie foods and then make a big deal about there blood results getting better lolol.
There is loads of things to take away from it.
The more fruit and veggies we eat the better our health will be. errrrmmmmm no shit lol we know this the problem is most of the population done follow it but the most healthiest areas in the world so and it is shown in there life span and blood work.
However we have always eaten animals, created and surpassed every world record on the planet doing so and grew as a civilisation as well as living longer and longer as the years have gone on not shorter.
So for me this tells me I should be eating good quality meat and fish as well as lots of veggies and fruits which I believe is what the whole world preaches on every level.
Pretty much the basic balanced diet that any nutrition/dietetic course teaches.

Hi guys. I’m averaging around 30000 steps a day that’s with out including my 30mins cardio daily aswell. I average more steps some time’s. My job is very demanding and I’m going. Is this enough steps do you reakon to get away with no cardio or atleast reduce it???
I would approach it like this.
No cardio with X amount of kcal.
Monitor changes
If the food is fine and your not hungry, recovering fine and strength is maintaining or going up then keep tweaking food down until you are were you want to be or your gym sessions are starting to get effected.
Then look to add cardio in.

Plans from today and for the next few weeks is to pull kcal back a bit and look to lean up somewhat.
Although my weight is 5-7lb over stage I obviously look totally different.
My thinking is I intend to focus on pushing strength hard but staying in good shape so when I can go back on cycle I am in the perfect position to push hard.

Sunday was a rest day and I was a little hungover so not much was done but all food hit as usual.
Yesterday was cardio and client work and then I trained as follows
Back/Chest session – all done 1 working warm up not listed, all sets taken to positive failure only.
Cable pull overs – x 16 – up 2 reps, x 10 same
Seated cable underhand rows – x 12 – up in reps, x 14 – up in weight
dual HS pull down – 1 x Rest pause x 13/f/f – up 3 reps on first failure point
incline bench upper back row – x 9, x 8 – up in weight
1 arm HS stand row – 1 x 11 – up 1 repSeated cable fly – x f, xf, xf – weights consistent
Decline cable – xf, xf, xf – up in reps across each set.Calfs – seated – 50kg x f x 2, then a third with a triple drop set.
Good workout, strength and endurance was good as was connection.
Chest is always a bit shit as I have to be careful not to push silly hard as with only training 1 pec I end up straining my neck muscles if trying to push like you would on another bodypart so I just make sure my form and execution is perfect here and go to failure and will utilise more volume as I go.

This sounds ludacris to me.
Do you have science to back up the fact Long acting insulin puts your pancreas to sleep lol ????
I do agree fats should be kept lower but insulin main job is to shuttle carbs. Fats sill be stored as fat no matter what by the body as we are always producing insulin when eating Normal combined meal. Just less than what we inject.

when im talking about long acting slin puting your pancreas to sleep im not talking about 10 or 20 iu of lantus a day. it obviously has to be enough to trigger the negative feedback loop, but thats what a lot of people do (at least thats what they tell me, they are doing). 50-70 iu of long acting insulin are no rarity and if you are stacking short acting insulin in top, there is a good chance that your pancreas won’t secrete insulin anymore, which will be very unhealthy over time . i should have been more precise with my answer, sorry! i thought about high doses straight away._________________________________________

Even at the higher doses in yet to see how it would make the pancreas lazy.I do get your train of thought. If injecting enough then maybe the pancreas will stop working n maybe not start again. A bit like the HPTA.
However we’re is there any evidence or suggestion of this. Not saying it can’t happen but id be very hard pushed to believe there is any evidence to show this may happen.

How did u rate the trest n DHB mate.
Have used trest before n was a big fan just estro was hard to manage n was during a prep

Got some brownies delivered last night n ate 2 huge ones whoops lol. However weight stayed the same.
Great leg session. Trained with 2 clients both competing next year n will be regularly training with them Fridays or Saturdays
Lieing ham curl – 2 all out failure sets
Extension- 2 all out failure setsSeated 1 leg HS press – beautiful bit of kit – 1 all out failure set 15 reps plus
V squat – 3 second negative until hams touched calves – 2 failure sets aiming 15 reps
Leg press – 1 set 50 reps rest paused

Client work n therapy client during day.
Today is just a workout thought up as I go as I am going to hit diff gyms as often as I can Fridays n Saturdays.
All exercises done – 1 work warm up not listed then 2 x failure sets
Incline bench smith row – 60 x 9, 70 x 6.
Stand HS row to chest – 60 x 13/9
Stand mag grip pull down – x 12 / lighter weight x 101 arm seated side lateral machine – 55 x 13/11- 45 x 12
Cable front raise – 45 x 13, 35 x 10Ez cable curl with d handles – 45 x 15/12
Tricep PD – 40 x 12, 35 x 10
Seated pec dec pad on elbow – x 13/10/8
Job done. 3 work sets per smaller muscle group putting weekly total at 9/10. 6 for back making weekly total 14

Rest day thoughts.
4 weeks into pct – strength is being logged n pushed to try n increase / get back.
Not sure if I look to tighten up a little for when I do go back on or just look to focus on a slow slow growing phase until I go back on.
Then do a harsh mini cut to rebound into a growth phase.
I will sleep on it n take pics this weekend to asses condition
