    Im sure I updated my back n bi session yesterday.
    Anyway it was a good one. Back defo feels it’s been worked today.

    Legs tonight. Great session – time to start logging things this week n focus on how high I can get strength up while on pct.

    Only work sets are listed. All hit positive failure only no assisted reps etc

    Glute bridges- 1 x 14, 1 x12
    1 arm Lay ham curl – 1 x 8, 1 x 11
    Leg press – 1 x 13, 1 x 20 rest paused
    Band hack – 1 x 12, 1 x 11
    1 leg extensions- 1 x 9, 1 x14
    Seated ham curl – 1 x 9, 1 x fours
    Adductor – 1 x rest pause

    All exercises done with 1 x work
    Warm up of 8 reps.
    All work sets heavy first then lighter second

    ANYWAY
    legpull yesterday which was great
    altering some moves and adding variations
    I did a SLDL from 2 mats – this is a breakthrough for me! before it would have been a total no go as my back would have just buckled BUT I managed….120kg x 8…140kg x 7 ….110kg x 12 – looking forward to improving here

    I have decided on comps….5th March 2020 – destination….Columbus Ohio ????

    well ….. the hotel was INSANE – so so good in every way…the staff, the facilities, the food
    I ate fish every night…it was lush….we even had dessert after the leg session…to me this is a big deal
    the sea was beautiful
    was lovely to unwind a little….do minimal work – time with Jordan is rare…so it was just so amazing to spend time with each other

    the location….I wasnt into! I really didn’t enjoy the atmosphere and surroundings
    it actually made me feel pretty sad to see what tourism has done to such a (potentially) beautiful volcanic island.
    I went for an explore around and I felt uncomfy …I know I look a little different, but I was judged and felt insecure…and I don’t think that’s nice or very fair.
    little local restaurant to my left – empty
    burger king to my right – rammed!
    Rowdy areas, people shouting horribly at their kids – im not judging…it just wasn’t the kinda environment for me.
    so im grateful for the trip BUT im happy to be home

    with a long aycting insulin like lantus or levemir, this would be even worse because its working around the clock. if you are using a short acting insulin, you can at least eat fats the first part of the day (if you are training in the afternoon). also, the use if a long acting insulin is pretty unhealthy because it puts your pancreas to sleep. the use of long acting slin not something i personally would recommend unless you have a very experienced coach (like milos). i know that jordan also doesnt like the idea of using it.

    Do you have science to back up the fact Long acting insulin puts your pancreas to sleep lol ????
    I do agree fats should be kept lower but insulin main job is to shuttle carbs. Fats sill be stored as fat no matter what by the body as we are always producing insulin when eating Normal combined meal. Just less than what we inject.

    Lantus – if this acts like our body then why do we feel we should worry about fats per meal.

    My comment was if one is using log with meals etc.

    If our body works producing insulin all day n we are not concerned with how much fat we eat normally.

    Why with insulin ?

    I would be Sticking to my normal fat intake which is 50-80g daily.

    I also use lantus later in the day with my gh so if fats are higher I take them earlier in the day

    Switch to 3 x a week lower volume injects.
    This I have found lowes estro etc

    Can be either normal or a sign of Type 2 diabetes.
    Assess FBG in relation to the insulin number and get SHBG checked too

    I would get bloods done. See we’re he at naturally n then base my dose off this.

    If this isn’t n option then I’d go 400mg test a week with adex 0.5 3 x a week

    I would discuss this with your doctor. Those are both very high for that test level.

    There is something not working right.

    How often are you injecting the test.

    What is your body composition like
