weight 203lb.
legs last night looked like this. Only work sets noted
1 leg lieing HS curl – x12f, x11f – same weight
Glute brudge – x 15, x 12 – heavier second set as first time doing these in long time.
1 leg HS extensions – x 18f, x 15f. – same weight
Leg press – x 12f, x 17f second set lighter – strength took a noticeable hit on these adding the glute bridges in which is interesting and I felt my quads a lot more.
banded seated hack squat – x15f, x 11f
seated ham curl – x 11f
adductor – x 18f
walking lunges – x 1 set.
13 work sets for legs and a pretty dam good workout.
This week si just working out how the 3 days will look and then I will be logging weights from next week and starting to push. I am now 4 weeks into pct meds, feel good overall and balls are bigger so the body is working.
I have bloods booked in through my GP as just a general check due to me going dizzy when standing a lot since prep and then a full blood profile with medichecks in 3 weeks so I will be 7 weeks into PCT meds.

GH – I have ran every dam way and it seems to maker little difference and most advanced users come to this conclusion also.
the only difference I have noticed.
EOD = more scale gains, fullness and strength effect and medically this is how its ran when increase in LBM/FFM has been shown.
Daily/split daily – better for fat loss, less sides, less water etc..
Insulin – Only time I would every use for myself is pre/post.

Depends on your goals, mindset and health.
If my bloods were all ok I would add it in. It will increase RBC a bit meaning more o2 and nutrients for recovery and growth as well as boosting performance. Plus its adding to the anabolic/androgenic load in the body which means more gains.
Yes it may do a little, it may do a lot but it will do something.
so personally if I had it there, no plans to use it later and already sticking myself with a pin n theres room in the barrel I would be using lol

Personally I would run test and mast for 4-8 weeks.
Real healthy feel good cycle and let your body get healthier and grow this way with the right nutrition and rest.
If you are balancing your hormones correctly and checking your bloodwork you should not have any ED issues.
I don’t usually get any nor do my clients currently going through rebounds.
They do if they try and stay on orals or switch harsh drugs for harsh drugs.
If one is wanting to maximise growth and not focus on gains with health improvement then some NPP would be a great edition. I have done this in a rebound with very good effect.

I’ve had a cold since Sunday, blocked up nose, sinus pain, headache, sore throat, I used to try and train through but have realized as Ive got older that just prolongs it and I end up getting tonsillitis.
Missed Mondays session, pretty sure tomorrow’s gonna be a no go too, hopefully be better for Friday.
Anyone else train when ill or stay away until there better?
Any suggestions on how to speed up recovery?
stay warm stay hydrated, stay fed and rest up.
Usual cold medicines do actually help.

Its possibly the most talked about and used carb source on here lol. Ground rice/cream of rice/baby rice etc.
Just make sure to add a protein and fat source for stable blood levels.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone. I did just that last night and it made a huge difference (albeit it’s only the one time so far!). I think the simple tweak in nutrition timing is all it’s taken. Easy as that.

Only if its needed.I doubt estrogen will get high enough to cause problems on 250mg and proviron.Only time i’d use Nolva through a cycle in when using NPP as i simply have to.

NPP will still give me Gyno even with Estrogen, Prolactin and Progesterone in range. No idea how!

water and sodium is person dependant not drug dependent so your way off with this thinking.
I like to use it 24-36 hours pre stage depending on the person

Both are anabolic
both are mild
injection frequency and dosing is similarMasteron as Anti estrogen properties primobolan does not.
Primo is debatably a little better for muscle building as it is slightly higher in the anabolic/androgenic ration than masteron from the tables I have seen.
Masteron is a decent price
primo is dear as hell, requires more volume of oil to be injected due to low dosing and this also means even more cost.
So if funding wasn’t an issue
Primo may be suited as a solid low side effect dry gaining drug that can be used for prep, athletics and those looking to remain in great shape while growing etc as well as muscle retention during periods of kcal restriction.
Masteron – suited for contest prep due to AI effect as well as its anabolic/androgenic properties in muscle retention during calorie restriction.
It also has a use during higher test cycles and deca cycles IMo as it helps not only reduce estrogen levels but also seems to remove some of the sides from deca – like erection issues and mood swings some report.Instagram name - Hillydoc. Im worried your using insulin yet don’t understand what foods are important pre workout?
you should already have your diet nailed on and add the insulin to suit the diet?
I think this may be a bad decision and more research is needed?

If you inject the test with the correct frequency you should have no need for the nolva.
Look to split the 250mg into EOD doses

Just to add for your own learning.
This isn’t to do with the training but purely your diet set up and food choices.
If you are drinking sugar while you trainin which you are and then eating an absolute ton of carbs/sugar and some protein but no fibre or fats post workout then you are actually working very hard to cause yourself to Hypo and this IMo isn’t a good idea nor is it productive.
it would make much more sense to reduce those carbs PWO some what and have some with your pre bed meal. 3.4mmol is to low and if they continue to drop during sleep you could be in huge trouble.
Now the protein and fat meal pre bed may very well stop this but it just may not and in terms of this layout it makes more sense to have carbs in that second meal than not having them unless you are dieting and on restricted carbs.

For me I always like cardio fasted
Not just so much as focused on fat loss but for overall heath, reducing BG that may not have been shuttled during the night, it helps increase the lymphatic system which is our system that removes toxins and is pumped as we move. I also feel I am much more alert and clear if I do some light exercise on waking with stretching etc.
