    I love these threads, more and more people realising jumping on the primo hype because certain people use it for specific reasons and realising there is nothing special about it and most is bunk.
    If your previous cycle blew this out of the park then why would you even consider sticking with these compounds or even taking more at double/triple the cost??
    test/mast or test/NPP and tbol or var would be my options ????

But yea, primo sucks, no side effects, minimal gains, cool for staying lean and building hardly shit. Thats about it. All EQ has done was form new veins, other then that, hardly much of a difference besides tad fuller.[/quote]

    I see you keep protein the same even on Pct, supps you keep the same? Or take a break with pre workouts, creatine, bcaa/eaa..?
    Can you list here all the supps you take year around and those you take with short breaks?

    My health and training supplements never change n I see  no reason why they should.
    Stim pre workouts I remove in off season unless need the boost as you become immune to stims so I save for diet times.

    I drink 5 gr glutamine with 1 tbs apple cider vinegar on empty stomach and then I drink 7 gr psyllium or I put psyllium in egg whites. Do you think is good for digestive issues?

    1/2 lemon
    Sea salt
    10g glutamine
    Fibre
    Cider vinegar
    Helps my digestion lots amongst other things

    Creatine do you recommend more than 5 gr per day and when do you consume it?

    Loading isn’t needed it will bring levels up that bit quicker but neither her nor there imo.

    Haider don’t want to sound disrespectful just want to know your opinion. That looks a lot of drugs…. do you think someone like Ryan Terry who is probably the best men’s physique athlete in the UK uses anywhere near these amounts?

    Can I ask what relevance Ryan terry drug use has to Haider?

    As we all respond to drugs differently some one else’s use couldn’t be any less relevant really. In the sense of you may need less than them both and I may need more than all of you to elicit the same response. This is just science and genetics.

    There is also that thing were no one really cares whose on what when they are on stage and you do what is needed to be the best you can be.

    just some thoughts to add to the discussion. For all we know Ryan maybe natty lol or juiced to the gills but I cant believe I ever have or would of given it a second thought.

    I don’t enjoy shitty food really tbh, for me – I really enjoy lots of fresh fish, steaks, veggies. So I will defo eat more than the cals I have been on this week , but it will just be a couple more whole eggs in my breakfast and more poached fish , mushrooms tomatoes . Then in the eve I will have more sushi as an example. I don’t like wine , but I defo will have a couple tequilas , Gins one eve. It’s very sad but in 10 years Corinne and I have only ever been tipsy a few times , never ever properly drunk. For me , the absolute main part of the trip is being present , making sure I’m not distracted when we talk and I appreciate being in the moment. I spend a lot of my time in my head , thinking . The goal is none of that ????

    Need the tequila coffee patron my man. Its the best one by far and the above is just what u guys need.

    Get some practice in for when we have tequila at Christmas lol

    Yes of course, less drugs is always better. But me and @Brendan – who has made this post – are just trying to understand the compound and HOW it could be catabolic. So if I understand it right, T3 doesn’t directly “attack” your muscles – even at high doses – but it’s because of the large shortage of available energy the body eats itself a way when doses incorrectly.

    Hence why I explained it buddy lol.

    There is no incorrect or correct dose for us as we don’t need it, However if one just doses to high or they are in a situation were there body does not have enough energy within it to function then it will look to break down the tissue it doesn’t need.

    Check my journal on here, I have 2 slipped discs so cant load my spine at all and my legs are currently getting bigger every time I compete.

    My degree is in sports therapy and nutrition so I learnt a lot of biomechanics when studying and its plain to see that some people are just not built to do certain exercises.

    fact is you can build pretty dam huge legs not squatting as long as your not training like a pussy.

    As above your bloods are totally fine.

    I like your thinking around trying to get away without the need for an Ai and I have found the best way to do this at lower doses is more regular injections. I actually do my shots daily with an Insulin pin IM or EOD when running low dose test/cruise dose and I find this way I need no Ai or the most minimal amount – I have actually used a little mast p with test on a cruise and test/estro levels were ok. However it doesn’t matter what I seem to do or anyone else when using AAS ones HDL just doesn’t want to come back within range.

    This IMO I have come to see is why its important to come off fully once per year and try to restore all of these numbers.

    In terms of estro management if bloods show you need look to use as little as possible and base off blood work.

    I personally wouldn’t get another full panel done until after my cycle, as unless something was drastic which it never is I wouldn’t be stopping anyway lol however if you are overly concerned or have underlying issues and the funds to do so then getting bloods done mid cycle will let u assess any damage being caused.

    Weight 200lb so 3300-3500kcal seems to be maintain me here which is nice.

    Strangest thing has happened. I havnt been able to eat dairy for around 7 years plus without ending up extremely ill – brutal has, cramps, distention and constipation for up to a week.

    last 2 nights I have put in 200g Greek yogurt 0% fat and no issues at all. Absolutely buzzing as this makes dieting so much easier when u can have this pre bed but so strange lol
