In the grand scheme of things your going from 300mg to 150mg.
What actually is going to happen ??? Bar test slowly reducing , estro going up maybe then down. Like in the body naturally etc. over thinking the little details here my man. Almost taking the fun out of it 🙂

why on earth would you count those things?? Your not in prep, your looking to grow. You want to have a burger and fries with friends just switch the meal out.

As t3 can send your metabolism into over drive your body can burn through available food/glycogen and start depleting the body very quickly and thus become catabolic. Its catabolic to fat tissue which is what we want but we don’t want the catabolic effect on muscle.
One could up food but why would you do that? why not just reduce T3?
Its about balance with this drug. Ive pushed to 100mcg for my first show and just ate muscle.
Since then I have done shows on just 25mcg right through and also increased dose to a max of 62.75mcg.
At these doses I feel they have not done any damage to my muscle levels

So this is impossible to answer.
Running a proper pct is the best gauranteed way of ensuring optimal recovery.
Is it needed? Facts are no many many people now and over the last 50 years have ran steroids with no pct, just clomid or nolva and never heard of hcg and recovered.
the difference is how was there recovery? Its different for every one and some will bounce back no issues, some will take several months to a year and some never will.
Chances are if that’s all you have ran and your young and healthy you would recover fine with nothing.
For me personally I would be doing a HCG and clomid with something to control estogen – nolva/aromasin etc low dose.
As I always have and always will want to ensure the most efficient recovery possible as I am currently as we speak.

if its 4 weeks apart it makes no sense to start Yo Yo hormones buddy.
I would just stick with your current cycle.
I would personally lower winstrol for 2 weeks and then increase back up.

Think of it this way.
every drug you put in your body stresses it and also costs you money.
Based on this we want to use as little drugs as needed.
A cruise is to make the body as healthy as possible.
Based on this adding in a drug that you don’t no you need makes no sense to me at all.
To add the aim of a cruise if possible is to work out how to keep your test in range or just above while keeping all other markers in range with no other drugs IF possible

But yes taking test and getting bloods done to check estro and then upping test and monitoring estro will work and then dropping to the same cruise dose will work.
your health supps look per what all recommend.
Your bloods have green next to them so everything is perfect.
However why on earth would you stop test if doing a b and c approach. Just drop down to cruise dose and let body do its thing.

As clare says I would just stick with the one setting and not over thing it.
I have a cooked chicken option on MFP that states 30g protein per 100g cooked chicken. 30g protein, 2g fat and 0 carb and just always use this weather I slow cook it or roast it etc

So what you are doing will work and will work well.
Adding in MPS and SUSTAIN 2 of the best products on the market will improve your recovery IF you at a level were recovery is suffering, your really dialled in and pushing sessions to the max then intra workout nutrition for me Is very very useful and will lead to improved recovery which will lead to improved performance and muscle growth.
I personally would ditch the vitargo and protein and opt for MPS or the cheaper EAA when it comes out. Then if needed and funds allow add a carb powder in as you go.
Then PWO a solid meal – meat/fish/egg whites and rice/potato/cereal etc

I would look to push weight up immensely slowly and try and get strength back or as close as you can to peak strength.
I am currently going through pct post show myself and trying to remain very lean as pushing weight up during the first 6-8 weeks IMO is just asking to get fat when we have the hormone levels of a female.
However I would look to push food up as high as you can while maintaining body comp.

I was on around 1900kcal pre comp.
stage weight was around 90kg
im now 4.5 weeks Post comp, weight is the same its just a smaller/touch softer natty look but food is at 3300kcal and training is good, starting to work on pushing strength up now and will move food up with this based on recovery.Instagram name - Hillydoc. So when I recapped last night – I had found one of those kcal syrups in my cupboard. Was defo that with the gas. That’s why the others got binned lol.
