NPP I had none of these sides until I put on a lot of weight.

It’s not the drug but the high weight gain in short time. Far to much IMO

It’s personal preference but I would do it more based on lifestyle.

So if it suits to have it post post have it then.

If next week it fits in night before have it then.
Far to many fitting there lives around meal plans in off season when the difference is really very little between these options in my opinion

Being flat as above is normal.

If you already feel flat then you are depleted and I wouldn’t push this much further.

No pointing digging the whole deeper just to have to work harder to fill it IME

So i put over 4000kcal in yest. All clean bar handful chips n scoop vegan ice cream.

No change in weight lol

Trained today a big depletion style workout on legs as my training partner is a week out

Great workout. Hard work with the volume n pace but very enjoyable.

This whole week will be like this. Will be a nice change n interesting to see how body responds
