I don’t think you necessarily need to go into a cut based on these pics. There is still room to keep pushing, so long as appetite, digestion, progress and recovery are still in a good place. I would only run a tidy up if any of these are taking a hit, otherwise keep growing!

From what i can make out
Kidney looks ok – creatinine is raised which is quite common for us that live this lifestyle and use AAS etc – make sure taking TBJP vital support
Prolactin is a little high – Vitamin b6 – p5p 200mg to reduce
E2 is very high – Need something to control this – primo or Adex – adjust test dose – adjust injection frequency
AST fine
ALT praised – some liver stress – TBJP vital support
Total cholesterol is fine
Trig fine
HDL – low – TBJP love heart and TBJP omega pro 6g daily will both help here
LDL – fineNothing terrible here just stress/genetic response to using AAS

Obviously interested to see what an even higher dose of nandrolone would feel like to me just to feel my tolerence.
Soo if strenght starts to fall would an increase in nand be preferable over say 10-20 winstrol or winstrol pwo on training days?( Haven’t heard anything about winstrol pwo soo guessing its not in the books?)

Tuesday – leg day.
3 x 20 minutes cardio sessions in
5 meals in but 3 were shakes. Very poor planningLegs was good
Lay ham curls – 3 x 8 – last one with a drop set
Extensions – 3 x 10. Last one with a drop set
Squat machine – c6, x6, x6, x6- very happy here. No lower back pain
Seated leg press – 4 x 10
Seated ham curl -2 x 15Limited to 1 hour n 15 mins. So that was me done

I would asses your physique and if as the others have said all is good in every area then I would look to initially just add volume to areas you feel need it/want to bring up and then continue to asses. If all is good and you notice these areas improving more so and recovery etc stays could you could look to then add more volume to all sessions and balance It out

There are alot of factors to consider here, mainly as Maddy and Kam point out. If you can adhere to it or not.
They certainly work but only if you can adhere both during the diet and then fully during a correct and strict reverse out of the diet as if not you will just pile weight back on

I’ve been prioritising getting 50g off complete protein in every meal apart from meal 3 like we’re discussing. So same amount of complete protein across the day just spread out evenly form meal 3 onwards?
