just sound like your not controlling your E2 properly potentially.
400mg test and 200mg mast will likely see E2 to high for most.600mg test and 150mg EQ may well of made E2 to low.
200mg test/mast might keep you perfect – so run bloods and find out what numbers YOU need that make YOU great and then the goal as you escalate is to keep things there. This is the whole ethos behind cycle design and progression, keeping things were you feel the best

Sunday – quieter work day and trained in hotel gym this Am. Not bad kit and tendons didnt feel so bad. Avoided arm work completely.
Standing DB lateral – 5 x 8-12
DB rear delts – 3 x 12-15
Seated DB laterals – 5 x 8 with 10 second rest between setsoverhand pull downs – x 8, x 8, x 6F, x 12F
1 arm Row – x 8, x 8, x 7F, x 12F
Squats – 5 x 6-8 – nothing to fialure.limited kit – hit everything that doesn’t hurt the tendon issues. Not the greatest but was nice to get in gym.
Will repeat the same Tuesday, I was going to book in for deep tissue but its 150 euro for 50 minutes and I simply refuse to be robbed for something I know won’t even be what I need so will get back to weekly sessions once home

IMO this is nothing to worry about at all you tested this after just 1 rest day which is not enough for accurate reads and day prior you did the most 2 taxings lifts on the planet in the same session. Liver is just showing some inflammation from these I would guess.
Plus you’re taking a decent dose of gear.
personally I would still have no issue adding in a low dose of oxy from here.
ive seen my ALT double this just after going out for drinks and ive seen natty clients with ALT here from cold/flu meds.
ALT can trend up to 1000 and above with those who have actual serious liver damage etc

As others have said, if your on a fixed meal plan and this is focused on a prep show at just 9-10 weeks out and your grabbing burgers from restaurants I would also be saying this is not good enough and Tbh questioning why I was putting the effort in if you are happy to grab food that could contain anything.
its not just about weighing the meat. Is about consistency int he food sources, amount of sodium etc in the food and overall quality.
you wake up 2moro poorly or with the runs because you ate out and thats an issue caused.
you wake up and the scale is up cos the food is heavy in sodium thats an issue caused.you either all in or your fucking about and most high level coaches invest alot of time and effort into the clients and strive to get the best progress every step of the way from there clients and this requires consistency across the board from the client
if you we’re 20 weeks out id say no big deal.
if you had done several shows, were in a good spot and had no other option id say not a big deal.but this seems to not be the case.

Im also i agreement, post cut hunger is always high, its your bodies mechanism to try and restore back up energy (body fat) and you need to fat it and stay the course. Most of the time this is a harder phase than the diet itself

You don’t really need any of these drugs to loose body fat. They simply all help and speed up the process.
The question then becomes what brings the most with the least sides for yourself personally to get you were you want to be.
I’ve just got very very lean with no Clen , no thyroid meds, simply just using peptides
But if I wanted to get stage lean from here I would want to add Clen n t3.
I also know I’ve had to drive food lower than I would ideally want to currently to get here and using Clen / t3 would have allowed me to keep food higher and thus better muscle retention.
The reason I didn’t was simply because I was assessing the effectiveness of the peptides.
As always you have to look at the whole picture , what your trying to achieve and assess based on your own progress

IMO 2iu on wake before Cardio will promote a little more fat loss but that’s truly all your getting.
If your hoping to see more from the GH then you really need to be around that 4iu daily or at minimum 5-6iu every other day

yeh as long is in check in luggage there should be no issues, I have taken stuff all over the world with no issues

Agree with Kuba – for me 3 x a week is ideal. You can get away with twice a week but may suffer more sides
