    I count it, its all protein and my body is digesting and utilising it all so it all gets counted for me.

    I dont see why you would go one way or the other but as Kuba says pick the ones you find work best and make you feel and perform the best on.

    Reta – I am a fan of for myself in a low dose – 1mg per week split into 3-4 jabs
    SLU Pp – fan off so I would use
    clen – I would still use in a diet phase if I felt I needed the great benefit it brings to fat loss. My most recent tidy up/diet phase I did not feel it was needed to get to the goal. if I was prepping I would of used
    L carnatine – with pinning so much other stuff this I personally would not use unless in prep and would just be pre workout.
    Yohimbine -never rated it ever myself.

    Now this is all based for myself – with clients it will vary completely and be different. You have to find what you feel works best for you etc etc.

    if your making steady progress n the gym then all may well be good but if you feel you could do more then I personally would try a little more.

    decide what body parts you feel are lagging or a focus point and just place a little extra there, not every were and asses response, progress. Base any other changes off this

    All looks fine to me in general if progressing and volume is focused on were you need it as well as exercise layout.

    personally I dont like the Upper however – I would want to keep back work together and chest work together and no yo yo from one to the other but that is just me –

    I would also move biceps from Upper to lower

    there is also alot of total leg volume here which I feel may be a little to much for most when hitting legs twice a week but this is completely depending on your own recovery ability etc

    Hi Kuba and Hilly, Thanks for the reply and appreciate the advice. Had some conflicting advice on it so far. I’ll get some bloods done and hopefully run another 10 weeks and keep an eye on bloods every month or so. Is it a smarter idea to pin EOD or keep it as 2 x weekly instead of messing with the frequency at 10 weeks in.

    We always favour more regular injections as it gives a more balanced hormone profile and lower E2 reading in general.

    so for me I would always go MWF or EOD and when cruising I do daily shots subq

    Little bit easier said then done and especially considering most women have 0 idea how bad the male temper is for the male experiencing it! Not a dig by any means as theres is some obvioushome truths said in your comment but mines been bad all my life and it just isant as simple as taking accountability (unless you take accountability to get therapy) 😀

    You need to take accountability for your actions and have some self discipline and control. This is your decision, so if your mood or actions are affecting others, then you need to change that.

    I would say as a responsible adult male or female if any substance causes you to notice an increase in aggression and you keep taking it then any behaviour linked to that has to be that persons fault due to there choice to keep using the substance.

    This isnt a discussion about some one taking accountability for there natural temper/behaviour but taking accountability for choosing to keep using a drug knowing it is making your temper worse. As I would agree with you if its just your natural temper but fully agree with Clare if its taking accountability for the fact your choosing to use a substance that you know is altering your behaviour and increasing anger levels/deceasing mood.

    its a very interesting topic as it relates to all drugs in essence.

    lower volume session as I literally had 50 minutes to train and then get home to pack car and leave

    Personally I don’t like the 2 tricep exercises on an upper / lower unless triceps are a huge weak area. If so then this is fine.

    Potentially your just taking to much testosterone for your own body and mind.

    Drop the test down to 300mg
    Primo at 150-200mg

    Re asses in over 4-8 weeks

    Also make sure injection frequency is in point. Mon/wed/fri minimum or ideally daily

    If you have a specific goal at end of the cycle that your wanting to look your best for then GH will aid in this.

    However if it’s just to bump fat loss up for a short period of time I don’t see the need.

    Gh is much better run long term. 6-9 months at 4iu per day will see you get much more bang for your buck overall imo.

    If your looking to run GH IMO it needs to be a long term investment – 6-9 months plus.

    yes 2iu will have a slight fat loss benefit but an expensive one that isnt really worth it IMHO.

    i would look to make sure you can run 3-4iu per day for an extended period of time if going to use
