    Yeh as a base this looks all fine and sensible mate. You can tell you have put good thought into this and effort.

    Not much else we can advise without monitoring feedback and making changes based on progress which is we’re a coaching set up comes in

    If you have no knee pain then I dont see a need to use them or bring them in as a preventative measure TBH. I would only ever look to use sleeves if there is some discomfort when training personally.

    When i do the ment only experimenti will compare it to npp and i will also get blood work and let you all know

    I felt great on nandrolone only.

    I also felt very good on nandrolone plus low dose test n mast. This mix worked very well.

    This stuff is all about experimenting for me, it’s were I have my fun to. At the detriment of progress however at times as I like to know why something is off n check blood work etc.

    What any one else thinks matters not , you have fun how you have fun. Your body your choices n all that jazz haha

    All looks fine to me in general if progressing and volume is focused on were you need it as well as exercise layout.

    personally I dont like the Upper however – I would want to keep back work together and chest work together and no yo yo from one to the other but that is just me –

    I would also move biceps from Upper to lower

    there is also alot of total leg volume here which I feel may be a little to much for most when hitting legs twice a week but this is completely depending on your own recovery ability etc

    I would pull the rdl down down to 1 set.
    Remove abductor totally
    Reduce hack to 1 work set

    If time is limited, then PPL would probably be a better choice. If you also can’t train on Wednesdays or Saturdays, then maybe this set up would work for you:

    Mon – Off

    Tues – Pull (with a hip hinge)

    Weds – Off

    Thurs – Legs

    Fri – Push

    Sat – Off

    Sun – Legs/Arms

    I don’t understand the question bud.

    My kcal as are most are higher in a training day

    If I rest more days I have more days of lower kcal to keep driving fat loss. I would not increase kcal based on this

    I am not sure if it’s risky tbh but it’s very very common for moles to go darker on the stuff and you see moles you didn’t before.

    Little bit easier said then done and especially considering most women have 0 idea how bad the male temper is for the male experiencing it!     I would say as a responsible adult male or female if any substance causes you to notice an increase in aggression and you keep taking it then any behaviour linked to that has to be that persons fault due to there choice to keep using the substance.

    This isnt a discussion about some one taking accountability for there natural temper/behaviour but taking accountability for choosing to keep using a drug knowing it is making your temper worse. As I would agree with you if its just your natural temper but fully agree with Clare if its taking accountability for the fact your choosing to use a substance that you know is altering your behaviour and increasing anger levels/deceasing mood.

    Something me n my mates have always discussed a fair bit tbh and I do find it an interesting topic like I say.

    Most my mates are not bodybuilders either. I only pic any drug that won’t affect my behaviour or how I behave. For some reason people seem to not look at it as simply as that at times.

    Just abt picking the drugs that suit us individually in all ways.

    Work 4:30-8:30

    Pool 9 till 12
    Bike ride 12-1

    Work 1:30-4 while Arilena did wizard academy

    5-9. kids disco stuff.

    I’ll then work again when Arilena goes to bed

    If limited to 1 hour then Upper/lower may well be a struggle for most IME. I would look to PPL and simply rotate through sessions based on your weekly schedule.
