if your BF is very very high this could be causing extremely high levels of aromatisation.

I would look to drop your dose right down to the above dose and focus on getting very lean before increasing

This is a very strange result IMO – I would recheck the bloods first Tbh and then if correct I would be changing my source of gear and dropping down to 100mg Test split EOD and rechecking in 5 weeks.

This is a low Test level for these doses of test yet very very high estro result – it doesn’t seem to add up to me unless there is something in your individual biochemistry that is different or an underlying issue

High grage fish oil and love heart by JP will help cholesterol readings. Micro dose your test and take more often to help oestrogen levels which may help libido. If I was running true TRT I would also use HCG daily or eod. What’s your iron status, showing as red.

I believe there is a claimed anti catabolic benefit to some extent so this is what they could meal. Not sure I would truly agree tho.

Depends what you class as having a drink.

If you are doing everything else possible correctly and have the genetics to go far 1 drink occasionally isn’t going to hold you back at all IMO.

if a drink means getting wasted then its certainly going to hold you back.

There are many high level athletes in all sports that still have the occasional drink

Looking to add T3/T4 for a lean mild bulk for 16 weeks. Curious what modifications I need with daily protein intake and anabolics to minimize/eliminate muscle loss due to T3/T4 use. Currently using Sustanon 250, Primo 200mg, Masteron 200mg/weekly. Will add 500 calories daily.

Weight 235lb today and felt great all day

Trained fasted as I have come away for the weekend to centre Parcs with my mum and Arilena for mums 60th bday present while charl is on a hen do.

meals have been down and will be all weekend. Just not stressing over it for these 3 days. Its impossible with having the baby and mum but they both take priority this weekend and im good with that.

sorry to add to that prolactin is high. Vitamin B6 at 3-400mg should bring this down

So Rest day today and once again I felt like crap – ended up having to sleep for 90 minutes around lunch time.
