Check your blood work this is always the best way to dose how much YOU need.
If you see levels drop and you likely will in prep then it gives you green light to move up slightly.
yes i mean should we keep the ratio of T4 : T3 when i raise the dose of T3 ?

Did you get any bloodwork prior to starting prep and how long have you been on prep for? Bloodwork is always a good indicator as to how much you may or may not need when it comes to thyroid medications. If getting leaner is the goal it’s not always a case of adding more, but more so adjusting food lower, steps, cardio etc
I’m on 12 daysout, have been in prep like 12 weeks so far. my ft3 at 10 weeksout is 3,74 then drop to 3,28 at 6 weeksout and 2,86 at 2 weeksout

Hi everyone, i competed in CP division 3 months ago . I weighed in 79kg and my weigh cap is 79,5 , have to use diuretics to make weight , my best look i think is around 83kg so i decided to have massive offseason and compete in bodybuilding up to 90kg class .
Now i’m blasting with 125mg test , 150mg eq , 200mg primo EOD pin
I can affort 10iu gh a day so i’m confusing about timing now :
1/ split 5iu fasted AM and 5iu PM
2/ 5iu after train and 5iu before bed
3/ 1 dose 10iu after train or pre-bed
4/ 20iu eod to boost igf ?Thanks for advises !

Hello everyone , the only side that i can feel when my e2 is going too high that’s gyno , and i just have a gyno surgery. From now , should i let it free until experience others side like (high BP, low libido…) on control it at high-end normal range ? I heard some where that high e2 can limit your igf-1 production ?

Before turning to accutane there’s a few other options you can look at
My first port of call would be to look at increasing your antioxidant status to lower systemic stress by adding things like metformin, melatonin, green tea extract, zinc, magnesium, some of which you’re already using.
From here you can look at using some localised washes like benzyl peroxide to reduce localised inflammation
Use sun beds
You can then look into the tetracyclines – usually a 3 month or so course of these
Then if no luck with any of this you can look down the accutane route
But doest it ham muscle building? Now i’m trying to keep my skin as clean as posible

Cardio year round 30mins . 45 mins fasted now . My BP was fine until i start clen . I’m now 7 weeksout and use 20mcg clen x 2 / day . Of course i dont want use a drug to limit side effect of stim but i dont want my BP go too high . I check multiple times a day and it’s 140-150 range .
So nothing at all has changed just the clen.
What is the total BP read –

I keep at least 15% of calories even on very high deficit . Just feel good with it . Few eggs , few nuts and it’s enough (zero added fat from others sources)
