Cardio here won’t fix it imo
Drop bodyweight – get leaner and focus on getting bp & rhr down
Cardio & steps should be in year round
Your HR being this high and bp sitting there cardio or more drugs won’t fix
Thank you. I keep my fasted cardio 30mins and step 8k year round in offss. I also noticed on my prep that my RHR doesn’t drop much even at 2 weeksout.

I’m running 1g test,800 mast, 400 primo, 8iu gh
No smoking entire life. Do you have any recommendations for a type of HIIT that would be suitable for people that have knee issues like me ?
I suggest you get bloods done – thats a decent dose of drugs and for most that would have E2 very high which would cause high BP and potentially blood will be on the thicker side.
to run that amount of drugs and Gh I would also want to be leaner.
HIT cardio – spin bike – 2 min warm up – 8 x 12 second sprints with 45-60 second go slow between sprints -2 min cool down – twice per week minimum [/quote]
I think i will try HIIT before add drug. Should i do it fasting or after workout ? -

My e2 was 68 from bloodwork done last week (i do blood test every 2 month) and my bf is below 15% -
Hey Alex, we can for sure add in all those tools but the biggest things for me would be are you doing any cardio vascular work at the moment ? How is body fat percentage? The foods you eat are they great quality ? Do you over eat when eating off ? Or are food habits great
All those things above could be getting nailed and may need more intervention with supps like you said but are those things nailed down as a first point of call
I’m 170cm 105kg with bodyfat ~15% (i think so) my cal intake arround 4500kcals. I gainned 7kg in 100days offss.
I’m doing 30mins fasted cardio and 8k steps daily-

No it does not have to hurt. I’ve used and do use L carnatine with no Pip.
Proforma gives me no Pip IM
Thanks Hilly

L-carnitine should not necessarily hurt no, some can be mild, sometimes it can sting.
Deeper IM with longer needle can reduce post inj pain, whereas subq with shorter needle tends to sting more.
Have you tried rotating sites?
I pin left and right glute and shoulder with 1″ insulin needle

Congratulations on your victory.
May I ask if you used 10 IU of GH all the way through to show day? You looked both full and dry—super peeled. -
I personally only mix ss31 and mots c
L carn can be mixed with SLU & nad
Healing peptides all mixed together all good
Gh always alone
Thank you. So i should mix Nad with L-carnitine instead of mots c and ss31 ?

Thank you all, i think i will try to do prep with minimal dose like 20mcg only for the last 4 weeks if needed 🙏

Thank you for all reply
@MarcHector I did, my ft3 level was 3.0 so i think it’s good point to raise it up to 3.8-4.0 . -
I do my bpc tb 500 and ghk cu all in one (Jordan recommended I do this). Although when I do all 3 I backload it into another slin pin, as I’ve found the needle goes blunt after putting in 3 vials
Thanks man 🙏

Hello mate, what kind of injury is it?
Tendinitis? Break? Rupture ?
Imo if it’s tendinitis you have to check your daily movements with your wrist and check a physio/do dry needling on top of peptides
If it’s a break or rupture, ofc you need total rest and no grip at all
Yes, it’s Tendinitis , i cant do a push or pulldown without pain but can do some row (but not at 100% cause i can’t grip properly) . Thank you, i will try dry needling

Hello mate agree with Jordan
One thing though totally out of this context
Keep testing quite enough your thyroid levels as using gh year round can change its function on the long run.
I’m on 12,5mcg t3 and 50mcg t4 year round also 🙏
