Depends what your wanting to do, if you want more defined abs then you need to train them. But you should be using your core when training as well.
I’d do a couple of sets at the end of a workout maybe 2 times a week. There’s loads of exercises that are great but I do love rope crunches and leg raises

Been busy at work this morning and 2 posing sessions as well which I do love doing! Chilled out tonight as I didn’t have any clients to do which is rare so I’m enjoying it.

Out of Quarantine today do happy, got up early and checked in Kuba’s very happy with the look today and we’re feeding up today and tomorrow so here’s what training day food looks like today:

100 steak 100 g potatoesPull session today went so well had loads of energy and felt like I had a massive sugar rush after the jam which I’m not used to. Exercise has changed as well so now until the show compound movements to 1 working set 10-12 and isolation movements 10-12 and 12-15 reps.
I found this a lot better as I was able to push a little more than usual and didn’t feel as shattered has I have been doing. Made a silly mistake today as well and ran after my dog head butted the glass window and knocked myself out! Not the best thing to do and now I’ve really hurt my neck and shoulder so hopefully I haven’t done much damage but going to go to see someone tomorrow about it.

Day 13 in Quarantine
I’m free tomorrow ?
Checked in this morning, dropped weight down to 8 stone 4lbs lowest in this prep at the moment. No food changes today but checking in tomorrow as I’m having two feed up days tomorrow which is a training day and the day after which is a rest day. Will post the food changes tomorrow once I know 100% what they are.
It’s been push day today, last session at work which I am so glad can’t wait to get back into the gym environment again I’ve really missed it. Also back at work tomorrow as well so back to being really busy with clients and I have 5 new clients starting this week so I’ve managed to make plans for them all so they can all get started.
13 days till show can’t wait to get back on stage for my new bikini today it’s absolutely amazing so in love ? can’t wait to show it off!

I know mentally you may want to train but have some time off and enjoy the time with your wife. Unless your on a prep I wouldn’t bothered too much.
If you are wanting to train I’d do 2 working sets and just pick main exercises to do. Then at least your targeting the main areas .It’s a holiday relax 🙂

Day 11 in Quarantine
Rest day today, feeling very tired today don’t know whether it’s because I’m near a show again which is usually the case or because I’m not doing much as I’m usually running around like a headless chicken at work.
Been on a lovely walk today near us there’s some woods so we took Ted and let him of and managed my 10,000 steps this morning. So for the rest of the day I’ve been doing training and diet plans and trying not to move so I don’t go over my steps!
My partners gone to the pub with his mates this evening, which I do enjoy having the whole house to myself. So I’ve got into my PJs and sat watching Netflix’s means I can put what I want on. That’s me set up for the evening 🙂

Day 9 in Quarantine
Rest day today, had a couple of online posing clients today. Really glad that I’ve started offering them as personally I’m enjoying helping girls run through there posing plus I love how good it makes them feel afterwards as they can see the changes and a sense of achievement.
Other than that practiced my own poses and Iwalk today again to make sure it’s a lot better on stage and my bikini sponsor Miss Bikini Fitness has made me the best bikini I’ve think I’ve ever seen in my life!!! She’s made it for the British show I’m so happy that I have a new one although I’m still in love with the one I used in Alicante.
Taken Ted for a walk this afternoon and got my steps I although I do need some more so he’s going to have to come out again. But I’ll have to catch him first as he has now realised when I get his collar out he runs away because he hates walking. ?

Day 8 in Quarantine
Checked in this morning, everything g is going smoothly at the moment condition is holding nicely and I’m feeling great. Food is still the same which is higher than last time but bodies using it all.
Pull session today, went really well did what I could in the circumstances but I’m managing ok and bodies holding up only a couple more days then I can get back to normal.
Just heading out now to take Ted for a walk and to get the last of my steps in. Practiced posing and my routine (Iwalk) quite a few times today as I want to make sure it’s perfect. There’s a few changes needed especially with my feedback from the judge from Alicante I need to not close my back of on my back shot. Was so nervous on stage I didn’t realised I was squeezing my shoulders back to much, but that’s a lesson learnt.

When you are competing back to back like this what are some of the things you are looking for to determine if you keep pushing fat loss or if you try to relax and bring the body back to life? What are the goals for you personally between shows based on feedback?
Based on my feedback in my offseason I know I need to grow my glutes and hamstrings but within this time that isn’t going to be possible until offseason.
So between shows my aim is to maintain my current condition as my feedback was that I was lean enough and I had to stop training my arms so I’ve relaxed on that and my food as been brought up slightly which has given me more of a push to carry on.

Day 7 in Quarantine
Only another week to go, can’t wait to be back to normal but at the same time I am enjoying the time off. It means I can get everything done that I can’t normally do when I’m busy at work.
So basically organised the whole house and all my work files, taken Ted for a walk today twice he definitely hates me now.
Managed to train today as well, went to work to orangish a few things did a session there as I was going mental. But then deep cleaned the place afterwards just incase for clients as I am very OCD and it wasn’t left to my standards while I’ve been away ??
Checking in tomorrow with the Boss so hopefully everything’s going to plan. Got some feedback today from the judges from Alicante and I’ve got to stop training my arms as there getting to big for bikini ? so that’s new.

Day 6 in Quarantine
Ok so I’m getting very bored ?
I’m really struggling having to stay in the house as at least with the last lockdown I felt I could go out for a walk a little longer or go to the supermarket but I need to speak to people.
It’s rest day today and I have been trying to get into a routine, get up check in practice my posing then get changed and take Ted for a walk.
I’ve got some new clients starting with me so at least today I had check ins to do and new diet/training plans to write. So if anyone has any suggestions on something to do it would be much appreciated 🙂
Checked in today, Kuba is happy 3 weeks to go till British and 4 weeks till Romania which I’ve managed to book and organise which tbf has been easier while I’ve been of.

Day 5 in Quarantine
It’s Leg day! I’m absolutely killing from training these past few days but think it’s because I’m doing different things than normal and haven’t trained properly in about a week because of prep and being abroad.
Leg session went really well today, had lots of energy and even though it was tuff I managed to do everything fully with as much weight as I had. Can’t wait to get back to a normal gym though I’m missing the environment.
Also went on a walk today with Ted, he’s hating all this walking but it’s the only way I can get my steps in and have a little time out of the house, otherwise I would go mental. I’ve cleaned the whole house too many times to count. I’m one of those people who can’t sit down.
Being at hone though is making me cook more or shall I say get better at cooking as I’m usually rubbish but been getting better as I’m finding I have more patience as I’m not thinking that I have to do a million diet plans etc as I’ve done everything I need to do. So looks like some learning for me now.
