    Day 4 in Quarantine

    It’s rest day today, which I do need body is in bits after training again everything kills. Feels like I’ve never trained before, but love the feeling.

    Went on a walk this morning to get most of my steps in as I’m trying not to go out as much with being in quarantine. Had some work to do for some new clients so did my check ins for them and created some new diet plans. Got all my PT clients sorted as well for when I get back and there all on track, that was stressing me out as I don’t like letting them down.

    Apart from chilling out I’ve been practicing my poses to make sure that 100% and look at flights for Romania which I hopefully will be booking soon!

    Day 3 in Quarantine

    Got myself into a good routine, been having a lay in till about 8.30am which is strange never usually lay in but it’s lovely.

    Getting up checking in and practicing my posing to make sure that its perfect for the next show. Started going for a morning walk with Ted who’s not loving it but he will get used to it.

    Dropped 5lbs in two days, obviously the water and weight drop after the show and getting back into training again. Food has been upped slightly.

    Day 2 in Quarantine…

    Thank goodness for lockdown before Alicante, as I have enough equipment to be able to do everything I need to keep in prep to be able to do the British show in 4 weeks.

    Had a really good day today it’s been push had a really good session, was glad to be back training as I felt I haven’t trained properly in ages. Added my log book on to show you what I have done.

    Had a nice sleep in which I have missed as well, going to enjoy the lie ins while I’m off! It’s meant that I have been able to get up and take my dog for a walk earlyish so there was no body around (coz I can’t not take my dog for a walk)

    Then train at home do online work which has been made a priority at the moment so I can keep my client on track. Then been practicing my posing as I was to be able to add a little extra into my iwalk so changed it a little to give it more sass.

    Day 1 in Quarantine…

    This is going to be a fun two weeks, checked in this morning up 4lbs from show but I enjoyed myself afterwards and had a meal of plan then macro tracked the day after and enjoyed every minute. Tried some foods that I have never tired before like crepes which were amazing.

    But back on plan today meals have changed slightly so will post them on here, loving the changes to the plan I do like a mix up.

    New food plan:

    Had a rest day today, unpacked everything and asked my mum to go to supermarket for me to get all of the food as we didn’t have anything in at all. Luckily still able to train as I have kit at home so I can still do my next show in 4 weeks!

    Very excited to do this one as it’s where I won my pro card and it was such an amazing day so can’t wait.

    Wow! What a day yesterday was, I can’t believe that I was in the top 12 in my first pro show! Still shocked I did want higher like anyone but I did myself proud up there yesterday my routine went well and I was confident on stage and owned it.

    In my next offseason I need to have more leg days as I definitely need to get bigger/thicker legs and glutes to be getting into those top 3 slots but I knew I need to improve this area and if I’m in top 12 now then in a years time I can be better!!

    For today I’m having a complete day of tracking food, not going crazy but having a few things that I have missed like chocolate and burgers ?

    Back on it tomorrow and also fly home so excited to get back on the prep train and bring a better package in 4 week!!

    So it’s been a very long day, currently waiting for my tan been waiting for 2 and a half hours because unfortunately 3 of the tanning machines have broken so it has made a massive back log of people.

    Been quite a stress free day apart from that, checked in this morning with Kuba and he is happy with the progress here’s my food below:

    Today the day I can register I’m so excited, everything is falling into place and I’m so happy with the package I am bringing this year. I always say if I beat last year then I’ll be happy and I’ve totally blown last years look out the window.

    There some changes needed in offseason but until then I’m going to show my shows this year!

    Hey, it might be that particular brand that you can’t have. I try and stick to iso as I feel that I have bad stomach issues and digestion issues if I use use whey. If you know it’s giving you issues then don’t use it

    No work today ?

    Been such a good day today, checked in this morning and I’m ready! So got told to do no steps (or little as possible) just train and pose which is what I have done today.

    Also been for my nails doing this morning which made me sit down as I struggle to not move when told to sit. Then went to the gym trained pull, it is the last proper session today pushed my hardest on every exercise and loved every bit, everything is coming together and I’m so excited and nervous to get on the plane.

    Feels really surreal still and I it still doesn’t seem real and I don’t think it will do until I stand on stage! Need to finish packing and prepping my meals as we’re heading to London tomorrow as we’re flying from London Heathrow Thursday morning!!

    Checked in this morning and response ‘almost there’ ?

    I am so excited to be going soon but trying not to think about it too much as I am getting butterflies about it. Been practicing posing as much as possible to make sure that it is sharp on stage, I am nearly there.

    This is the last day of work had quite a few clients to fit in as I’m not sure whether I’m going to have to quarantine when I get back so trying to fit as many sessions in as possible before I go. Really feeling it today quite tired and it was hard doing PT today.

    Finished with my last client got a few meals to eat when I get home and I also need to pack as I haven’t even done that yet ?

    Nails done tomorrow and then need to finish of everything so I know that I am all organised for the show!
