Peak week has started!
This week has gone so quick I can’t believe we are nearly here already the weeks have flown. Basically been posing practicing all day to make sure I am getting everything spot on.
Also been clothes shopping to try and get a few bits for Alicante but no where is selling bikinis so will have to see if they have any in the airport ?
Although I don’t think will we will doing much sunbathing more training and food shopping most likely. Checked in and Kuba is happy where I am at nothing has changed atm so keep doing what I’m doing and checking in and we will see what package I can bring.

Steps have finally been lowered ?
I do love a good walk but felt like I was walking all day getting in 20,000 steps. But now it’s down to 12,000 it was quite easy today to get these in, hit them already so better sit down.Training day today, leg session was really pleased with my training today managed to be able to keep the weight up and did 340kg on Hammer Strength leg press close feet as well to target my quads which I always find quite hard as there weaker than my hamstrings.
Apart from training I’ve started getting my clothes out to orangish what I’m taking to Alicante and getting the suitcases down from the loft, seems really strange getting everything ready as I did always think the show wouldn’t go on with the current situation but I’m so happy it is!
Not much more to do tonight do some posing after tea as usual and real ax with my feet up as my legs are well and truly dead.

As long as your heart rate and keep elevated and you kinda of enjoy it then any is fine.
Personally I have a mix between a stair master and a cross trainer which I enjoy and fits perfectly in my spare room. But also depends on how much you want to spend. A exercise bike would do the same thing

2 lbs down this morning so happy that everything is moving and it’s finally coming together as I always get stressed out at the last 2 weeks as I feel like I’m never going to be ready, I also want to make an impact on stage and do well on my first pro show. But I know I always feel like this so just got to try and relax and enjoy the last week or so.
Had my hair done this morning for show day, feeling more like a girl now ? it’s all dyed and cut which it definitely needed so it doesn’t look like a rat on my head. But because I was in the hairdressers for 4 hours I had to do all my steps in one go afterwards.
It’s been rest day today so glad it was otherwise I would have struggled to get everything in. Rest of tonight I’ll practice posing, bath and bed I think very tired at the moment but it’s all for a good cause ?

No weight change this morning, so foods dropped again for the final push before show.

Another rest day today, got a busy day really feeling it today very tired but so ready to get on that plane so excited!
Checked in this morning, same weight as yesterday. Kuba’s happy were just going to keep pushing on still I do still have some weight to go to be slightly leaner in my glutes and hamstrings.
Just managed to get in my 20,000 steps with walking back and fourth from work 4 times today. At least I know how to get my steps in ?
Got my bikini today, it is absolutely amazing I’m in love everything’s coming together now and it’s nearly time bring it on!

Rest day today and it’s a complete rest as well. Checked in today with Kuba and we are now dropping the cardio to try and lose some of the meals excess water that is holding on my legs.
Steps still at 20,000 and training still the same along with posing of course twice a day for 30mins. Really happy with everything at the moment, weight isn’t dropping but hopefully with cardio out it will start to come down.
Can’t believe there’s one more week to go before we fly out! So nerve racking and exciting at the same time. Need to make sure I have everything so that is on the to do list tomorrow.
Apart from that I haven’t done much, been for a full body massage which was lovely and relaxing then put my feet up and relaxed. Had to do some diet plans for some new clients but it was really nice just not having to do much today.

I totally agree with Clare if your not on a contest prep I wouldn’t worry too much, think you just need to try and plan yourself week a little better and maybe do a little bit each day rather than missing a day then thinking you have loads more to do the next day

New car day today! So happy that after 3 years of not having a driver’s license because of my epilepsy I now have my own car!! Absolutely love it as well, so easy to drive.
Checked in this morning, no weight change again. Just getting frustrating now and losing the will to live. Just need to carry on, added in some t3 to see if that hogs up my metabolism hopefully it starts to work.
Pull session today after I got my car so was in a good mood to train, everything is feeling very heavy at the moment but I pushed through and got on with it. No new PBs but matched the weight from last week which is good as it was before my food drop and cardio.
Still got steps to do as they have been upped to 20,000 so did as many as I could today but going to have to finish them of on a late walk tonight.

Day of today, which is very rare!! Don’t have anything work related to do either so I can actually concentrate on posing and thing that I need to do for show day.
The flights got cancelled again, but we’ve managed to rebook them to a different day. So I have had to sort of the hotel and airport parking again and also ring the hotel in Spain to rebook the rooms to a different day. So glad that I had a day of to organise all of that!
Checked in again this morning, small changes but not a massive weight drop again. I’ve sent of for my bloods and I’ve had an email saying they have been received so hopefully the results come back soon to see if there’s anything wrong.
Other than that been practicing posing every second I have today as it’s not up to scratch so I need to make sure that it is perfect.

Weight has still staled, checked in this morning and same weight. Went to go have my bloods done today so hopefully that might answer why it’s doing this.
Just done the live chat on the JP Site, was so nervous but loved every minute of it. Was nice to open up and speak to people about training and life.
It’s been rest day today, found it hard I’m not hungry at all but feel really tried as I know food is low on rest days plus with the steps and cardio I’m knackered now but at least I will sleep. Hoping for some weight movement tomorrow ? will keep you all updated.

Checked in this morning weight hasn’t shifted again, so I’ve order some bloods to be done to see if there’s anything wrong hopefully it will provide an answer to why my weight isn’t shifting as it’s confusing me because my food has dropped loads.
