Hey happy Wednesday!! Been quite a chilled day today. Had work this morning 6-10am then ate my food during work and managed to train upper body which was the first time training upper at Leeds the machines are incredible and found a an amazing shoulder press machine that really felt nice!
This afternoon took the dogs for a walk to get my 14,000 steps in posed at work as well then chilled for the rest of the evening as I had finished everything:)

Evening had such a good day!!! Been first day on rest day food and I’ve been absolutely fine loved the reduced food tbh as I was getting tired of shoving in all of the food 😂😂😂
Had PT clients this morning at the new gym then had an iv drip which has made me feel loads better hopefully start to feel the benefits in the next couple of days. Also had online client check ins as well which I did this afternoon and just taken myself for a walk to finish of my steps for the day

Evening guys so it’s been the open day for the new Leeds gym I’ve been working since 7am it’s been so busy and had to take a rest day as I didn’t know when I’d be finishing and good job I did.
Of to my brother’s engagement do tonight going to have a few drinks as I start prep on Monday so I know that I can enjoy tonight which is a rare occasion that I have a drink can’t wait to celebrate with them.

First day at my new job at ultraflex leeds been cleaning the gym today to make sure it’s ready for the open day absolutely loved it and can’t wait for it to be fully open.
It’s been rest day today loving the routine again of prepping my food and having timings for everything as I love the structure.
Spent the rest of the day getting things ready for tomorrow and taking the dogs for a walk

Been check in day today, no changes prep starts Monday can’t bloody wait! Food is starting to get harder to eat so I’m glad it will be lower next week also hoping that I have made to changes to my shape this offseason as I want to do well this year in shows.
Today had been busy had checks ins this morning then trained at the gym it was glutes which went really well again the only reason I love offseason is the best training.
Took the dogs for a long walk this evening then just chilled out

Evening, been a busy day had to catch up with some diet changes for client and new client sign ups, really enjoying online now loving the clients I have atm there making real progress.
Offseason is nearly over!! Can’t believe it I have one more week before I start which I can’t wait for. Also have a holiday in a couple of weeks have never been on prep on holiday so hoping that it’s not too stressful

Had an amazing day went to the seaside it’s been rest day took all of my food so I was prepared but did have some chips on the pier with Adam.
Loved the day we rarely get to do this because we are always busy but it was such a lovely day and so glad that we went

Happy Friday! Checked in this morning no changes a week to go before prep starts! Can’t bloody wait!
Had glute day today upped my weight on leg press got to 390kg upped reps for 10reps and I’m so pleased with how training is going. Also took the dogs for a nice long walk and spent the rest of the day doing client check ins and creating new plans of away tomorrow for the day which will be nice hopefully the weather is good

Evening, so had my induction today for my new job at ultraflex had such a good day meeting everyone and seeing the new gym it’s incredible if your can go to the open day on the 1st April then definitely try it out.
Had upper session today as well had to train later this afternoon after work had a good session was able to push up my shoulder press which has been sticking for a while so happy that it was better
Been for a walk as well this evening with one of my friends to help get her steps up and had a girl chat up which was nice

Start my new job tomorrow so excited!!! But today has been a great day too.
Woke up nice and early and had 1-2-1 PT with a client at ultra flex, also met my mum and she did me a reflexology as she’s also started a new job so was helping her practice which made me fall asleep which was nice to have a nap.
Took the dogs for a walk this afternoon then had a couple of posing clients online. Now I’m just relaxing before bed

Evening, checked in this morning no changes atm but prep is going to start on the 3rd April which I’m hoping it does as I’m so ready to start starting to get fed up of eating the amount of food I’m on and feeling on the heavier side too.
Had leg day today which was really good managed to go up on weight again which is the only thing I like about offseason.
