    Hey, so been a really good day today so planning to start prep around 3rd April which I can’t wait for so ready to start I’m starting to feel a bit bigger now with the higher food but I know pushing through these next few weeks will be worth it can’t wait to see what I have built underneath

    Evening had such a good day checked in and will hopefully be starting prep in April which I’m so ready for. Love prep and can’t wait to see what improvements I have made in this offseason.

    Been to see one of my best friends today and her son went to cannon ball farm and saw all the animals then ran round like an idiot in the play area with Frankie.

    Also been doing some retail therapy this evening just sat down to have my last meal then bed early as I have the gym tomorrow morning

    Afternoon, so I’ve checked in with Kuba this afternoon in person. We have discussed shows for this year and hopefully I will be doing my first show in August.

    That will be the true athlete show, which I am very excited to be able to be a part of its on British soil, which always makes me want to do shows here.

    I’ve been doing Posing practice as well as training legs today. Had a really good session. Unfortunately nothing went up today. I improve my wraps which is always good news.

    This evening, I’m going to see some friends and going out for a walk to finish off my steps and to get some social connection in 😂

    Cardio isn’t frowned upon at all I always do some sort of cardio in prep plus steps then in offseason I make sure I get 10,000 at least a day I think it totally depends on what time you have throughout the day plus it’s about what you burn really not how much you do

    Very good day today, managed to get a lay in then was filming at ultra flex Rotherham for the JP site trained with Pheebs had such a good session obviously it was glutes as us bikini girls don’t train much else!!

    Had two more new exercises today which were a belt squat and smith machine hip thrusts really liked these too and definitely felt them in my glutes today.

    Spend the rest of the day doing some online client work and taking the dogs for a walk.

    Evening been a very busy day only just sat down. Been emptying the gym all day and will be doing the same tomorrow as well as well as delivering gym kit to people manged to get all my food in but had to be another rest day today. Tried to train on Thursday and was super ill and couldn’t do anything only got 2 exercises in so taken the weekend off as rest to make sure I’m fully better by Monday to get back to it! On antibiotics for a week as well so hoeing they kick in soon as feeling very drained!

    Todays been a very emotional day for me this weekend will be the time we have to close our gym down so been a bit down this week with it all. Got a lot to do at the weekend and it’s been rest day today so been able to sort some bits out to make sure I’m on top of everything.

    Started with the higher food from Monday and definitely feel the difference had PBs in the gym this week plus a lot more energy

    Evening,

    It’s been non stop today I haven’t sat down until now 😅 it’s been leg day but had to train this evening which I don’t usually do and the gym was absolutely rammed but managed to be able to get everything done.

    Really pleased with the session as I went up on the leg press to 370kg for 10 reps and I was still able to control the weight which is why I’ve been restarting my strength to make sure everything is being properly.

    Agree with Clare here I would go see someone to get it checked just so you know as you might need an ultrasound scan to be sure what’s happened then your not going to injury it further

    Todays been a rest day haven’t been working either so really had quite a chilled day got all the food shopping in as my foods gone up. Enjoyed just relaxing with the dogs and Adams had a day off too so took the dogs for a nice long walk this evening

    Rest day vibes today!!! Loved today definitely needed the rest my legs are dead ☠️

    Had work this morning then went and practiced some posing before we shut. Then went and had a full body sports massage and I chilled for the rest of the afternoon then back at work this evening
