Checked in today everything going well leg day food might be upped in the next week as my volume has increased to 3 sets rather than 2 so definitely felt the difference today!
Leg session today was:
Glute kickbacks
DB RDL
Hip thrusts
Belt squats
Walking lunges
Leg curlsMy legs are now dead and I don’t think I’ll be able to walk 🤣😂😂

Rest day today!! Which I needed and went to see kuba today to have a chat about this season and what we need to do next.
Very excited to carry on this offseason and try and grow a little bit more before we start prep don’t know the plan yet 100% big happy with how things are going so far

Evening so had glutes today went this afternoon has a very good session I’ll have to add my plan below as it won’t let me upload photos on here for some reason.

Hip thrust
Banded RDLs
Lying leg curl
Spilt squats
Cable kickbacksWent up on my hip thrusts feeling strong atm and can’t wait for prep to see the progress that I have made. Meeting Kuba tomorrow so we will be putting some thought into dates of shows for this year

Happy Hump day!!
Been a super busy day today checked in this morning and happy with everything although I hate my core when I’m in offseason never stays tight even when I’m sticking to everything! But that’s the process.
Upper session today I’ll add my log book below really had a great session and so happy that it is back in my plan!!
Been working this afternoon with PTs and group sessions then finished some new start plans for clients after work just sat down 30mins before bed now so chill and bed time soon!

Rest day today and happy Valentine’s Day to everyone hope you all had a good day. Didn’t have work today been and have my composite bonding done on my teeth and they look amazing so pleased with them!!
This afternoon we went out for lunch to spend some time together then took the dogs on a long walk been such a good day

Evening so it’s been leg day today trained in a different gym as my partner is going to work somewhere else for PT so we went to try it out. It was really good enough equipment to be able to do a good leg session.
Took the dogs for a walk this afternoon then got everything prepped for the rest of the week so it was all organised

Hey think the guys have nailed it really there no point programming in deloads the best way they work is to take them when you feel training is stalled or your overly tired

Hey, busy day today this morning I had work with 1-2-1 clients then was able to go and a long walk with the dogs as I had enough time.
Was legs today hard session my legs are still dead from Monday from glutes. I’ll take a photo of the session and add it in tomorrow:)
Worked this evening too and been setting up some new online client plans which I absolutely love doing!

Hey, so today has been a training day did legs will try and upload the session. More glute related but loved the session. Been pretty tired today as it’s been a busy day at work. Hopefully things will settle down soon and I won’t be as stressed.
Of to bed early as I need some extra nights sleep then hopefully be ok tomorrow
