    Evening so today has been a really chill out day. Been for a nice long walk with the dogs to all my steps in then chilled out at home very rare that I just get to not do much so I took full advantage today as my legs are killing from training on Friday 😅

    Checked in today all great so far no changes just keep going with this offseason hopefully nothing else happens!

    Trained legs today thank god!! Felt loads better today neck wasn’t as stiff and was able to really do well with the session had such a good time in the gym hate taking rest days when I know I should be training. So I’m really glad that I was able to go.

    Spent the morning at work and then took the dogs for a nice long walk to try and tire them out

    Evening guys so had a right day woke up at stupid o’clock with a pulled neck been up since 4am in pain. But managed to get in with the acupuncture person to help then it’s had to be rest day so that I didn’t hurt it anymore. Just done jobs that I needed to do and chilled out

    So my partner torn his bicep tendon and had to have the same surgery by the sounds of it he took it easy for 2/3 weeks then did mobility work after 2 months he was back lifting as normal just need to make sure you and turn your hand around as that is the one bit that is tricky to get full motion back but just take it steady

    Upper day today which I love doing but isn’t as draining as legs so sometimes I feel like I’m not working hard enough 😂

    Aching after today session was:

    Single arm cuffed raise
    Shoulder press
    Laying Lat raises
    Single arm row
    Rear delt fly
    Leg raises
    Ab crunches

    Rest of today didn’t have work so cleaned the house and did the food shop so that I’m all set up for the week ahead

    Evening so checked in this morning no change just sticking to plan and making sure that every day counts.

    Been busy this morning went to go see some friends and took the dogs for a walk and a coffee.

    This afternoon just made sure everything was prepped for the week didn’t have time to get to supermarket but will do in the morning so I’m all stocked up

    It’s been rest day today as well as check in, weight has gone up as well but feeling pretty good with the shape atm.

    Been a quite day just chilled out and did my online check ins as well as some new client programs, took dogs for a walk then relaxed for the evening as well as doing some posing at home.

    Had to train again today which I did a leg session as I was meant to train with a client to help but she didn’t end up coming in so I had already eaten my training day food and I usually do my legs every other day so I still trained.

    Session today was:

    Hip thrusts
    Single leg press
    Hypertension
    Walking lunges
    Seated leg curl
    Adductors
    Abs

    Very good session was able to go up on a lot of the exercises and got really into the session and loved it!

    This evening I’ve been teaching bootcamp and showing the client’s exercises so think my legs are going to kill tomorrow but I have a full rest day so I’ll be back to normal after that

    So upper day today managed to have a lay in today which was so nice and needed haven’t been sleeping well with a lot going on, so being able to sleep in was a dream!

    Session today was:
    Machine later raise
    Shoulder press
    Cable rows
    Pull-downs
    Rear delt row
    Hanging leg raises

    Been working this evening till 8.30pm so yea was later than usual but not usually that late so won’t be an issue soon

    I still teach spin while doing bodybuilding and I love it like the guys and ladies have said do what you enjoy especially cardio as it’s hard enough without hating life doing it!

    Leg day today!! Also checked in no changes today.

    Todays leg session was;

    Hip thrusts
    Banded RDLs
    Spilt squats
    Lying leg curl
    Kickbacks

    Then did a bit of core as I’ve been trying to do something every day as well as vacuuming to help my core control on stage

    Evening another rest day today been super busy with work stuff over the weekend and today but finally managed to get somewhere with it.

    Haven’t slept much either so made sure today was a rest so that I can fully be on top form to be able to train tomorrow.
