    Hey,

    So it’s been rest day today, had a really good day been to work this morning and then to my friends sons bday party which was nice to see everyone and be social.

    Just heading home now to have a hot bath and relax as I have a lot of things to do tomorrow looking forward to chilling.

    Checked in this morning no changes for the moment just taking everything in my stride. Couple more weeks in offseason then straight into prep but can’t wait to see what this year brings.

    It’s been upper today was a good session mainly shoulders today had a strong session then was able to fit in a sports massage after from my partner good that we are both qualified a lot cheaper 😂

    Chilled this evening just food prep and food shop so that I’m prepped for the weekend

    Leg day!!! Had to get a bath this evening as there well and truly dead!! But got a sports massage tomorrow so hopefully that will help.

    Session was:
    Adductor
    Hypertension
    Spilt squats
    Glute kickbacks
    Leg press
    Abs

    Long day as I’ve been working all morning then had online work to do as well as working this evening but I have tomorrow of PT so I can chill after the gym.

    Evening so had a full rest day today which was well needed didn’t have to teach any classes so it was nice not have to train and let my body rest as my legs are killing from the other day plus I have legs tomorrow.

    Worked this morning then took dogs and a long walk to get my steps in. Worked this evening till late just relaxing until bed time as I do feel like I haven’t sat down today 😂

    So check in this morning not long till prep starts so just making sure that these last few weeks count. Making every day count – getting all my food, training and posing in daily to make sure I’m in a good spot for prep.

    Had glutes today session was:

    Hip thrusts
    Single leg press
    DB RDLs
    Lying leg curl
    Walking lunges

    Was a great session was able to push the weights up on the single leg press and felt really strong

    Evening so it’s been a busy weekend and day today. Been to see family over the weekend and didn’t get chance to do anything luckily I prepped all of my food to take which was a bonus. My cousins just had a baby and been ill in hospital so been over to where she lives to help her.

    Today it’s been upper had a very good session trained with my partner which was easier as I could have a spot with my shoulder press which I was able to up weight feel like I’m finally getting there with upper.

    Also had a busy day at work with PT this morning and evening just chilling out tonight early bed as it’s been a busy couple of days

    Personally I would incorporate some machine work rather than using DBs all of the time what equipment do they have at the gym you go to

    Checked in this morning again starting to make clear plans now with the shows that I will be doing this year. Getting very excited but can’t believe how quick that it’s gone!

    Had leg session today:

    Hip thrusts
    Single leg press
    Walking lunges
    Hypertension
    Adductor
    Leg raises
    Calf’s

    Very good session again weights were up on leg press and hip thrusts in a very good routine atm and excited to see what I can do in the next couple of weeks

    Evening, it’s been rest day today but been super busy.

    Worked this morning then had sports massage and acupuncture which now I feel like as a feather definitely needed don’t think my upper body is used to doing weights again yet.

    This afternoon took the dogs on a long walk and met up with a client/friend to try and help her get the steps in. This evening been teaching bootcamp going to chill out for an hour before bed so I can sleep

    Hey,

    So it’s been glute day today and also check in too. No changes but have been talking about shows coming up so really excited to be planning these. Thinking of starting prep in March to be ready in august so not long left of offseason at all which seems weird as I feel like I haven’t been on it for a long time it’s gone so quick!

    Had such a good session in the gym today though weights went up massively I’d accidentally put 180kg on the hip thrusts thinking it was 150kg and still got my reps so happy that strength is up 😂

    Evening, managed to train today I did upper body session was:

    Single arm cuffed raise
    Shoulder press
    Single arm row
    Laying lateral raises
    Rear delt flys
    Leg raises

    Very good session today also had to teach spin this evening as Adam has a concussion 🤕
