Hope everyone has had a good day 🙂
So checked in with Kuba after my seizure this morning and spoke to the doctors just got to take it easy for a day or so I’ve had a rest day today but actually rested and made sure I’d done my steps so I didn’t feel too guilty.
Spent the evening organising stuff for work and online client plans as I couldn’t just sit down all day. Worst thing is I’ve had the worst headache in the world which usually happens after a seizure but off to bed and hopefully can train tomorrow

Evening, so had a bit of a rubbish day unfortunately I had a seizure early this morning which has wiped me out so been having to take the day resting. Took the dogs for a walk in the afternoon just to get some fresh air. Hopefully a good nights sleep and I’ll be all back to normal tomorrow

Evening checked in this morning no changes for now just getting back to plan 100% and hopefully some of the bloating will come down.

Totally agree with these guys I love having cardio in my plan also gives me something extra to do on rest days and is good to keep heart health up

Evening,
So it’s been rest day today took the dogs for a walk this morning then did some online client work.
Been at the hairdressers today so had to prep my meals this morning to take with me. This afternoon been at work sorting out some problems but hopefully everything will be sorted soon.

Another training day today, such a good session will attach my log below if it lets me 😂
Didn’t have work today so got up a little later and took the dogs for a nice walk and got caught up on some online work for my PT business and got some content done for social media forget how long that actually takes.
Spent the evening ironing so not that glamorous hope everyone is loving the new year and working hard!

Happy New Year
Hope everyone has had an amazing day and enjoyed there new year so far!! It’s mine and Adams year engagement so we’ve spent the day together going for a dog walk, lunch out and just about to head to the cinemas now to watch avatar been a busy day but loved every second.
Made sure that this morning I did the essentials food shop and meal prep and prepped for the week ahead as back to work tomorrow which I’m excited about as I can’t wait to get back to my usual routine.

Evening still of work this week so been having a lay in which was nice to catch up on some sleep.

Afternoon guys so happy Christmas I hope that everyone had an amazing day it’s been really busy with me I’ve been all over the place visiting family and spending the best time with them.
Been on a really big walk with the dogs today with everyone but just chilling this afternoon and then gym tomorrow can’t wait as I feel like I can be in my routine properly with everything out out of the way now 🙂

Hanging leg raisesHad such a good session still working out the numbers but felt pretty strong starting to feel loads better after being ill and looking forward to the time of work so I can concentrate on training and online work!

Evening so the app hasn’t been working lately so I haven’t been able to update you all. So I’ve started on a new training plan we have put back in upper which I’m happy about as it’s been forever since I’ve done any.
Had my first session back Tuesday which I will add my session below. Had a good session I’m aching afterwards as I haven’t touched back or delts in a long time but it’s nice to feel the ache. Todays session was glutes just been finding my numbers today a couple of exercises that I haven’t had on my plan for a while which is nice to have some variety and different exercises to try.
Todays been quite haven’t had work as most people are now settling down for Xmas so no one wants PT but I’m taking the time of great been out for a walk with the dogs a couple of times today to get me out of the house.
