    Evening!!

    Such a busy day today up early for work and to take the dogs out then had PT this morning till 11.30am. Then went to the gym at Normanton was such a good session my legs are dead will upload my session that I did today.

    Managed to do my squats again for 100kg for 10reps which I’m very pleased about as I didn’t know whether that was a one off 😂

    Checked in this morning no changes food is pretty high atm and weight is slowly creeping up but going on all the right places.

    Evening!!
    Happy Wednesday:)

    Had such a good day today usual morning of walking the dogs and work this morning then went to the gym and did legs as always! Will attach my log below.

    This evening I’ve had acupuncture and sports massage which was amazing and I feel so much better been getting a bit of back pain with all the glutes I’ve been doing so they have been released and feel so much better!

    Had a group session this evening as well as PT

    Evening,

    Hoping that this will post as I’ve had a few issues with it working.

    Had a good weekend went to the Manchester Xmas market which was amazing and had such a good day. We then just had a very chilled night. Checked in with Kuba Sunday and this morning everything is on point very happy with how things are progressing in the gym. Had filming for the site yesterday which was lovely to train with Phoebe again after a long time.

    Been Xmas shopping today along with online client work which is really busy atm. Took the dogs for a long walk this evening to get the rest of my steps in

    Checked in this morning weight is down to 137lbs will attach my photos from today.

    Also was training day as well had such a good session totally forgot to take a picture of my session so will do this tomorrow and upload. Was great wasn’t able to go up on everything but strength is loads better in my banded RDLs which I managed to go up along with my spilt squats.

    Had acupuncture and sports massage on my legs tonight so they feel light as feathers absolutely hate the massage at the time but so much better afterwards

    Another busy day today but the days always go fast when I’m busy which I like.

    Usual routine this morning but it was very dark this morning taking the dogs for a walk so took them out again this afternoon:)

    Work this morning with 1-2-1 clients then online work with some new client set ups. Taught bootcamp tonight too and took part a bit with them to keep them all going as they were all slacking haven’t taught it in ages but miss teaching classes. Just got home 2 more meals then bed early as I’m shattered from a busy day. Check in tomorrow morning and of to see kuba before the gym to check posing

    Evening, so my post didn’t upload from last night so from check in yesterday everything is goi g spot on and I’m happy with how things are going. Been really busy with work and the new classes.

    The gym sessions are going really well had the gym today and strength is through the roof managed 100kg in my squats which I haven’t don’t in ages!

    Hey, so I’d definitely go get it check but my partner has found that if it is tendon acupuncture really helps as it helps the blood flow around the tendon which tendons are crap for but get it checked first

    Not been the best day today, woke up this morning with such a bad migraine which I haven’t had in ages so basically spent the whole day in bed trying to recover from it. Starting to feel a little better but hoping I’m not tired and still suffering tomorrow as usually I am. But we carry on

    Evening so checked in today really happy with my photos for once my front pose if looking a lot better plus the weight is going on in the right places.

    Had training today went really well I will attach my sessions below.

    Rest day today haven’t had much on today as it’s been my day off work which was nice. But still had online client programme to write this morning and then took the dogs out for a nice long walk.

    This afternoon has my usual acupuncture and sports massage which is always needed and helps me throughout the rest of the week.

    Met up with a friend this evening and had a girly chat which was nice check in tomorrow so see what that’s like nothing changed atm and weight is the same but I can definitely see changes happening in my shape which is nice!

    Agree with nath tbh, if you can do the extra cardio nearer meal 5/6 then I would do that if not then straight after training would be best rather than having food first like Clare said it won’t digest the best if your doing it straight afterwards

    Evening, so today was check in weight was slightly up with having an offplan meal last night which I don’t normally do but really fancied something different which is usually the only reason I have one. Been a quite day up early and usual routine of taking the dogs for a walk then dentist as my invisaline haven’t got long left and I’m go excited to get them off.

    Had my hair done also today and then had to do some work jobs and teach spin this evening so it was nice to be able to get everything done and have a productive day 🙂
