Evening, so been a quite day today managed to have a chill morning then took the dogs for a walk before heading to the gym.
Had a really good session was also able to up most of my weights which I was pleased about feeling all the movements in the right areas. Also had work this evening and had an off meal plan tonight which was nice as I haven’t done that in a while

So I checked in this morning weight is around 137.4lbs atm which is around 10lbs up from show weight. I’m happy with the progress so far and loving the shape that I’m getting clothes are fitting better and I have a lot more energy at work and in the gym.
Gym session today was amazing absolutely loved it all the weights went up hip thrusts are getting so much better my glutes are going to kill tomorrow! Rest of the day was the usual had work this morning along with taking the dogs for a walk, food shop and then this evening I just chilled out and watch the rugby

Rest day today been really busy running around all day went to go to kuba and Meg for them to look at my posing and tweak a few things which I’m a lot happier with and excited to make those changes.
Had acupuncture and sports massage this afternoon which has been helping my headaches and sorting my legs out so I can kill them again tomorrow 😂Taught bootcamp this evening took them for a run so joined in a bit with them to keep them going love teaching classes and glad that I have the energy again to be able to do that.

Evening guys, training day today but had work before with 1-2-1 clients. Then did some photos for the new JP clothing that will be dropping Friday which I can’t be more excited about as some of the new joggers are amazing and basically been wearing them all day there so warm!!
Training session went well managed to up my weights will attach my training log from today too.

Rest day today and also check in, since being on antibiotics my stomach has been really bloated but today was the last day of them so hopefully in the next couple of days it should settle down.
Been a quite day today had online client check ins to do this morning then took the dogs for a nice walk and did the boring house stuff cleaning and food shopping. Been resting the rest of the day so that I can have a good training session tomorrow:)

Back to training again today!! Felt so much better today the antibiotics have definitely been working as much as i hate being on things like that. I do feel really bloated though today and unsure whether it’s because of the antibiotics but hopefully it will settle down in a couple of days after I’m not on them anymore.
Training went really well today progressed on my hip thrusts which felt really strong I’ve scaled back my weights after prep and restarted and I’ve been managing to get back up to 180kg for 10reps which I’m pleased with and the rep range was only 6-9 so I can definitely go up next week.

Hey, so sorry to hear about this it’s terrible what you’ve been through! I’m glad that your ok and can train.
I totally agree with Clare and rhea, train the weaker side and not the other so that it builds up gradually or single arm movements on chest will help also to regain the strength lost. Just take it slow as much as it will be annoying it will take time to regrow but hopefully it will

Feel so much better today another rest day but ended up sleeping in and slept for 12 hours so I must have needed it as I never sleep that long. Went to bed for 9pm too!!
Today has been lovely just been sorting out things for work then went for a long walk with the dogs and visited some family and spent some time with them which I don’t normally get to do because I’m so busy. Back to the gym tomorrow I can’t wait as it has killed me not going

Another rest day today, been for a little walk with the dogs this afternoon but had a lay in and just chilled all day to try and get rid of this infection feeling loads better today and I can’t wait to get back to training already

So checked in this morning and Kuba has told me to take 3 days rest with me having infection and on antibiotics I feel like I do need the rest as work has been super busy and I’ve have been tired but I didn’t realise how tired I was. Today I’ve been relaxing and been to ikea to get a few home bits chilling out tonight and over weekend so that I can train Monday

It’s been rest day today had a doctors appointment because I have swollen glands on my neck but turns out I have two ear infections, sinus infection and a throat infection 😂 honestly didn’t think I was that bad but on antibiotics for a week hopefully it clears out and I get better soon.
Had work this morning but been relaxing the rest of the day as I haven’t felt well since taking the antibiotics hopefully they work soon.

Hey guys so training day today had a good session weights were up but I’ve been absolutely starving these past few days probably cos I’ve been a lot more active at work but no weight loss which is the good point. Everything is going how it should be!
Busy day at work today had a lot of clients back from hols this week so been rushing around got a really busy day tomorrow so early bed time tonight

If you know what your macros should be then you should know how many cals it is so as long as your hitting the macros you’ve set you’ll be hitting the same cals but I would do both
