Checked in this morning finally got my cycle back after 5 weeks which is record timing so at least I know my bodies back in order!!
Had a really good day had client check ins to do this morning then took the dogs for a long walk with Adam.
No changes needed today I’m pleased with how things are going and loving the process again feel like I have a good stead going

Hey, had the morning off today so had a lay in well till 8am but it’s better than 6am.
Managed to get the food shop and take the boys for a walk this morning then went to the gym to train legs. Very good session most of my weights have gone up plus more reps on most to absolutely loving training everything is improving and strength is loads better think you forget how you feel off a prep 😂

Agree with these guys you need to just make sure you have to keep it consistent if your wanting to do it for burning just keep an eye for couple of weeks and see if the amount of steps your doing is enough if not keep creeping them up

Checked in today weights up to 135lbs atm so 9lbs up in 5weeks this offseason is going really well and very pleased!
Had training today session went really well and I’ll add my log book to this as well. Most of the weights were up and the session was intense!
No changes today on food or training but everything is going well so there’s no need.

Finally back to training properly I will add my log book from today.
Been back at work too been amazing to get back to my routine got up early this morning and took the dogs for a walk then went to work for PT clients. Went to the gym this afternoon then chilled before work again tonight.

So my rep ranges are slightly different on different days but I try and increase the weight every other session.I train legs Mon Wed Fri atm but looking to add in another day in peak of offseason to help grow the glutes more

Hey guys so it’s been rest day today haven’t had much to do just been 1-2-1 PTing and teaching classes and the boring house work and food shop.
I will post my training session on here tomorrow if my session so that you can see that in a little more details. Atm not using anything ped wise never do in an offseason just on prep getting my bloods done next week so hopefully everything fine

Such a good day today manged to get a lie in which was nice then took the dogs for a nice walk. Was filming today the the JP site obviously it was leg day which was such a good session managed to get all of my weights up had some good energy today from being able to get more sleep and not getting up at 6am as usual.
This evening I’ve been at work for PT and group sessions trying to keep my steps down as much as possible as they have been high but it’s hard at work when I’m working as I’m moving around getting weights all day.

I have a lot of clients in the police who have to do this hiit training to get your body used to the burn and the intensity plus actually practicing the bleep test will help massively just keep trying to get another level each time

Checked in as usual this morning weight is slightly up but we have added in Prima 0.5 daily to help during this last bit of prep.
I’m very excited to see these changes happened over the next coming weeks.
Not done much today cardio and fasted walk this morning then I had a couple of 1-2-1 posing clients along with doing some of my own posing at work.
Rest of the day visited family and sunbathed outside, I now have an amazing tan just ready for show time.
