    Another check in today, really annoyed today weights up again I honestly can’t think of what it could be unless my body doesn’t agree with this heat.

    Been a busy day usual routine of cardio then fasted steps I had online client check ins today this morning which everyone is doing so well.

    Been shopping this afternoon as I have a photoshoot tomorrow in Manchester I’ve been asked by a modelling agency to come for a trial to see if I’d fit with there brand which is very exciting can’t wait!!

    So backed my bags and prepped all my food for tomorrow going to have to train tomorrow evening as I will be home late tomorrow.

    Checked in this morning my weights up again which is very annoying so I’m checking in daily now so we can make sure that the changes come within the next 5 weeks.

    Usual routine cardio, steps then had work this morning. Been to the gym this afternoon had a good session but it was so warm, managed to up my reps on the leg press got up to 275kg for 16 reps happy that my strength is still there but not like offseason.

    This evening I’ve been at work with clients then relaxing before bed.

    Rest day today did the usual and did my morning cardio then fasted walk. Cleaned the entire house as well before going to look at a wedding venue this afternoon. It was absolutely amazing but still love the first venue that I saw in Cheshire.

    Been sorting out wedding stuff this afternoon then went for a walk to get the rest of my steps that I needed to get in. This evening I’ve been relaxing had a nap as I’m trying to rest as much as possible as my weight has been fluctuating and I think it’s because I’m up on my feet to much.

    Check in tomorrow so will let you know how that goes.

    Checked in this morning for some reason my weights up which is very annoying as I have been sticking to the plan to a T!

    But usually it’s because my bodies tired so going to see what happens in the next couple of days.

    Been working from home this morning with online checks ins and posing clients. Went to the gym this afternoon and did legs was one hot session but managed to match my weights and kept the reps up.

    This evening I went to the dentist getting invisaline done as well as bonding so excited to start that process!!

    Agree with what Phoebe has said. You ideally want to be adding 1-2lbs a week on. Keep using photos as a tracking point too and when digestion or appetite slips that’s when you ideally want to be doing a mini cut

    Another sleep in this morning as a few of my morning clients are in holiday. Did the usual 30mins cardio then took the dogs for a long walk as I had all morning.

    Been to the gym to do upper, very good session all weights have gone up and felt a lot stronger in the session which is a bonus at nearly 5 weeks out.

    Tomorrows check ins so we will see how the weights going. This evening I’ve been at work with clients then chilling out at home.

    If your trying to lose weight for a show then I wouldn’t adjust cals you could just up food around training to help. If it’s just to tidy up you can always finish the mini cut earlier if the weight is where you want to be

    Busy day as usual, had the chance to sleep in though this morning till 7.30am which is unheard off in prep. Did my 30min cardio and fasted walk then went o the gym early.

    Such a good session was able to push my weights up and get more reps which I’m really pleased about seem like it’s only my upper days where in getting weaker this year.

    Been to watch the rugby as well this afternoon love going to watch it, just got home two more meals to eat then an early bed time as I have posing clients in the morning.

    I would add cardio in daily first see what that does then drop food if the body doesn’t respond

    Checked in this morning, no changes weight is coming down slowly but I’m sure we will get there 30mins cardio and fasted steps done this morning.

    Had online check ins to do this morning too then went for a sports massage which was painful but worth it feeling the benefits after going in the hot tub this evening.

    Just chilling tonight been for a walk to get the last of my steps in now a film and chill out.
