    Usual routine this morning 30min cardio now and then fasted walk, also had work too went to work as well had a couple of clients this morning before the gym.

    Was filming today for the site it was leg day and I was training with Phoebe had a really good session was able to up my weight and even a couple of reps only six weeks to go until my first show very excited to be back on stage again as I’ve missed it feels like forever.

    Didn’t get back till later this afternoon also checked in with Kuba personally He’s happy with how I am looking and how everything is going to plan been probably one of the easiest ones that I’ve done and it just shows how good of an off-season I have done.

    Checked in this morning and food has changed so will add this below. Had a good day cardio has also been upped to 30mins daily to try and drop the last bit before show day.

    Been rest day today after check in I did my cardio and fasted steps then went to work, when I came home went straight to sleep for a nap then chilled until work this evening just going to rest now until bed time.

    I agree with both, if it’s just for holiday enjoy the 3 days don’t stress I know it’s difficult but 3 days won’t hurt as long as you don’t over eat. If it’s for prep that’s different ideally should have gone somewhere with cooking facilities

    Usual routine today cardio then fasted walk then I’ve done my online check ins for clients have got a few competing in September with 2bros excited for them to step on stage there loving there first prep and I’m glad I’m there with them through it, it’s nice to see them do well.

    Went and did upper today at the gym will attach my session below, was a good session my pushing is getting weaker as I’m getting into prep but I’m still ok on pull so pushing as much as I can.

    This evening I’ve been to the chiropractor which was definitely needed I’ve had a bad neck and shoulder for a while but still able to do everything just getting regular massages and chiropractor to help.

    Back to work today had one-to-one PT clients this morning but also back to normal this morning to with my usual routine of cardio and walk.

    This afternoon I trained legs will attach by training log below had a really good session but definitely can tell that I am about six weeks out I always find time a little bit harder as I get a lot more tired but we push on the rest definitely helped.

    This evening just been relaxing and chilling out so that I am able to stick to plan with everything it’s definitely helping.

    Your body might need the body if your battered so I personally would do rest day food if you have planned your food I always lose weight when I rest your body is usually inflamed and needs it so don’t starve yourself

    Had such an amazing weekend. Been able to chill out and rest up so that from next week I can smash it. My body definitely needed the rest I felt it after I started resting.

    Today I’ve been able to sleep in so everything that I needed to do in the house boring stuff but made me feel so much better and on track.

    I’ve been and visited family today then went to look at a wedding f venue it was gorgeous and totally in love but going to view a few more places before I make up my mind.

    When I check in with Kuba in person yesterday he said I needed two days rest and to start checking in every other day now so today has been quite chilled.

    Went on a walk this morning with the dogs and tried to sleep in. Then I tried to relax and have a rest. Had a sports massage this afternoon which was definitely needed. Done all of my client check ins this morning so all up to date and I can chill this evening.

    Clare’s got it spot on here, I do agree with her when saying don’t be doing movements that would aggravate it there’s lots of different options instead of dips,
    Tricep movements – cable kickbacks, or banded assistance dips, close push ups there’s loads that you can do different

    I use single leg press, single RDLs but definitely go see a chiropractor there amazing and will help a lot

    Busy day today usual routine of fasted cardio and walk this morning also checked in with Kuba I’ll attach my photos. No changes but from next week I will be checking in every other day as we are now getting closer to show day, 7 weeks to go on Sunday.

    Had work this morning with 1-2-1 clients then went to the gym had legs today I’ll attach my workout today such a good session managed to be able to up weight which I haven’t done in a while and had loads of energy but absolutely knackered now.

    Had work this afternoon with 1-2-1 clients just got home and had my meal 5 just relaxing now.

    Hey, I would probably do the main compound exercises before maybe move the hack and leg press earlier in the session you’ll probably be able to get more reps out that way as your hamstrings won’t be pre exhausted before them. But it also does depend on what you need to build.

    If you feel your not getting the reps you want do a alternative leg day with just leg press in rather than both hacks and leg press hope this helps
