Slightly changed my training this week as I have a busy weekend so having to do 3 days in a row in order to be able to fit everything in.
It’s been rest day today I’m shattered today so I’m glad that it was. Usual routine this morning cardio then a longer walk than usual as I didn’t have early morning work.
Done my online check ins this morning and afternoon then finished painting the house and had a nap. In work tonight at 4.30-7pm but then afterwards just need to nip to the supermarket for hen I’m going to chill for the next of the night.

Rest day today, been a busy one did my usual routine this morning of cardio and steps then went to the coast to have a walk along the beach to get my steps in took the dogs and it was a lovely day too.
Gave the dogs the ice cream I couldn’t eat I seem to become a feeder when I’m on prep ?
This afternoon went and took some photos for the new JP clothing drop there’s some amazing pieces and I can’t wait for you guys to see them all!
Nothing this evening relaxing as it’s working and helping me recover so won’t be changing this routine, although it’s hard for me to sit down.

I use CV burn with my fat burners because I have a very low heart rate and I find that the only way for it to reach 120bpm during cardio.
I don’t use any Stim pre workout I use pump as I can’t have caffeine with my epilepsy a couple of weeks before show cardio is usually dropped so I wouldn’t be using cv burn then

Best thing to do is slowly increase cals and stick to a plan, that way you will get to know what your body can handle you will probably be able to eat quite a decent amount but don’t worry too much about body composition do mini cuts when necessary or add cardio/steps there’s loads of ways to be able to build but you will have to put on extra weight in order to build muscle

Been a nice bank holiday today got up and did my usual routine of cardio facet walk with the dogs then I went to go pick up my new glasses which are helping loads now I am relaxing at home no migraines which is a bonus.
Went to Ultra Flex Rotherham today to train legs and also to have a check in with Kuba had a really good session was unable to go up on way but managed to match my wraps as I’m getting into prep now I am realising that my strength isn’t getting better but I’m still able to push.
Good news is I’m able to compete in eight weeks time in the Sherru classic very excited to be able to that show and I’m also going to be doing the Italy Yammato cup and now just waiting on the announcement to see if I am in the Arnold UK.

All the guys are on the money here as Marc says if your heart rate isn’t going above 120bpm walking add in a weighted vest as that will help I love my morning walks

Another training day today but had online client check ins to do this morning which I did before my cardio and the rest this afternoon as I had to get of to the gym early as we had another viewing for a property for our business as everything is up in the air atm.
But I can handle stress on prep used to moving around a lot in prep it seem like it’s every year ??
This afternoon after the viewing I went for my laser hair removal which is going so well can’t wait for the next two sessions for it to be all gone it will be so much easier for stage. Went to the chiropractor afterwards making such a difference not as much headaches and my back is so much better!!
Check in tomorrow so will keep you updated on that!

Usual morning cardio and then morning walk then I had 1-2-1 PT this morning. Only had a couple of clients as a lot of them are on holiday this week with it being jubilee week.
Went to the gym this afternoon to train upper had a good session not as strong as usual but my push session always get weaker first but still pushed through and got all my session done.
Haven’t done much this afternoon just been food shopping and then sorting out the house as I haven’t had PT this evening and I’d already done my steps.

Clare’s said it perfectly, best way is to start lean then gradually build up food when needed you don’t always need to up food every week if your weight stalls or loses then up food and when food is high if always add a bit of cardio for heart health
