    Had such a good rest day today, got a lay in till 7am then did my cardio and went in a long walk with the dogs.

    Then had posing clients this afternoon from 11-3pm which I love doing. Then decided to make the day of it and go to the arcades and go bowling which Adam won!

    Just got back now got two more meals then a quite week this week with PT clients as there all on holiday so only working tomorrow morning ??

    I have a regular massage and acupuncture twice a week as if not I’m in agony for me there essential but I suppose it’s person dependant the massage guns are decent it you have a knot 🙂

    It’s been rest day today I’m checking in Sunday as my weight has stalled at the minute it’s not really moving so we will see what happens on Check In on Sunday as I take the photos on Saturday and send them over Saturday night.

    Done the usual got up nice and early and did my fasted cardio and then took the dogs for a nice long walk this morning as I didn’t have one-to-one PT clients when I got back I have been doing some Online Client check ins and then went for my bloods done to test my T4 and T3 levels as they always mess up during prep.

    Hoping to be doing a show in 9 weeks if I’m ready! Haven’t done much today just made sure I got steps in and all my meals along with posing practice.

    Hey, so Lewis has said most of it but tbh you need to train how you like to and what you need to.

    If you need bigger shoulders then train them more I started out doing PPL then Upper lower now just legs and 1 upper as I need to build my legs

    So that’s why I say you need to do what you need to build.

    Filmed for the JP site this afternoon at ultra flex with Pheebs it was a good session but struggled with my chest as the scar is still healing and bruised but I carried on and got through apart from that I had a good session.

    Had work this morning and cardio been busy rushing around today also had chiropractor after training my back feels so much better been getting a lot of problems with my neck and upper traps but starting to feel normal again.

    Please don’t be too harsh we’ve all done it. I’d just add cardio in and up water. Increase cals slowly and next time have a post show meal

    Been rest day also checked in will add my photos weights gone up slightly but hopefully it’s just because I’ve started training again.

    No changes at the moment but happy how things are going still posing is getting better and excited to be competing again.

    This morning I did my cardio and fasted walk the usual then 1-2-1 PT at work. Been for a sports massage this afternoon then I did massage for a client afterwards. Clients have cancelled this evening so been for a walk and chill out and had a nap as it was needed!

    These guys are right personally I use steps in offseason and implement cardio in a mini cut. If you need it to keep cardiovascular health then 15mins 4 times a week will do no more if just add steps in making sure recovery is still key

    First Leg day back at the gym had a really good session though I didn’t have long to train as I had to get back to work earlier than usual but I managed to get everything done weight has gone up on a few of the exercises and I’m pleased with the sets that I’ve done.

    Cardio this morning then took the dogs on a walk to do my fasted steps had online client check ins this morning and then a few online posing clients then after the gym I practised my Posing in the garden as I want to make sure that it’s 100% perfect this year don’t want any mistakes want to make it flawless.

    This evening I’ve been to go see my mum and dad and my brother and his GF as they have a new dog so took mine to meet her just got home chill out before bed.

    Checked in this morning everything going to plan we are hoping to be ready for a show in 10 weeks so that’s exciting wasn’t going to do this show but prep is going well so going to try and be ready.

    Start training again tomorrow and it’s upper so excited to be getting f back into the gym feels like forever since I’ve been in but the rest was needed and weight dropped a lot so happy with how things are going atm.

    Been for a lovely walk this afternoon after the food shop and cleaning. Been doing some client check ins and diet changed later this afternoon then I’ve just relaxed as I have got all of my steps in and cardio this morning. So back to it tomorrow!!

    Look at the volume of your not recovering as well as before then lower the volume but you should still be able to train hard in a deficit

    Last rest day today then I can go and train tomorrow after having 4 days total rest which was needed after my operation, feeling loads better and it looks like it is healing well which is good.

    Had posing clients this morning then went for a walk with the dogs, been to watch rugby this afternoon then been back to the pub with everyone just got home got one more meal to have then chill out in the hot tub for a bit then watch a film before bed 🙂
