Jordan will be giving an overview on what a basic plan should look like. Every training plan needs to be specific to you.
So what you have said on here sounds like you know what you need to work on so just make sure your implementing these into the sessions so that your growing in the right areas
On the upper day you say about adding in shoulder press first, if this is something you need to improve on most then add this in first.
Or you could do mainly shoulders on back then a top up of chest and shoulder but again it might help if you put what needs work.

So I’ve been put on rest today, after my surgery feeling ok today actually not in as much pain as I thought I would be. Don’t get me wrong it hurts but I good with pain.
Todays been nice and chilled been for a walk with the dogs then visited my friend and her little boy then went for an eye tests now need glasses for reading and screen work so hopefully they will help my migraines.
Other than that pretty boring not much to report 🙂

Surgery day today having my reveal device taken out, which was this afternoon went well just now in pain but I can deal with that.
Made sure that I got everything done though before I went into the hospital all my steps, posing and cardio and prepped all my meals so that I didn’t have to do it went I got back as I knew I’d be in pain afterwards.
Spent the rest of the evening relaxing and going to try and sleep in tomorrow and hopefully I can still do my cardio tomorrow.

Been training day today got up early this morning to do my cardio and then went out for a walk to get in my fasted steps on Tuesday as I do Online Client works I’ve been doing Check In’s this morning as well.
Also been going to a chiropractor again as my headaches and my neck have been causing me problems massively helping at the moment and can definitely see an improvement.
Went training this afternoon will add my log in below had a good session was able to up some of my weight it’s loads better and with out the higher volume I’m able to push more in my workouts, this evening I’ve been for a full body massage as tomorrow I have got surgery and I’ll have to have a couple of days off which I think will do me good and well put me back on good start to be able to push for a show in July fingers crossed I’m ready.

I’ve got quite few clients that are on holiday at the moment so only in work doing 1-2-1 today. Cardio is now everyday so got up and did my 20mins then took the dogs for a walk to do my fasted steps.
Been at work then went to the gym to train upper body as I’m having a small operation in Wednesday on my chest for my heart and I won’t be able to train upper for a week or so as I’ll have stitches. Had a good session struggled on push so shoulder press can tell I’m tired and haven’t got as much energy to lift the weight but still managed.
This evening been good shopping and been back in work, just got home 2 more meals then early bedtime as I’m up early again tomorrow.

130/70 BP is totally normal I really wouldn’t worry about it. ‘Normal’ range is 120/60 so your not far of. You could get heart healthy by adding in cardio

Been a busy day today, got up early and took the dogs for a walk to get my fasted cardio in then did my check in that I send in a Saturday for Sunday.
Went to the gym early this morning as I’ve been over to watch the rugby this afternoon they drew love watching it.
Just at the pub now with everyone home soon as I have a busy day tomorrow as I have my godsons 1st birthday party tomorrow.

Can’t seem to sleep in when I can now my body clock is up at 6.30am everyday now ?
But it means I get everything done most mornings, cardio 20mins then a fasted walk on rest days. Had client check ins to do this morning and then this evening I’ve been doing 1-2-1 posing clients.
Been to my mums this evening and she did me a massage as my backs been bad, hot tub after and it’s made it so much better which I’m glad as I have to train tomorrow.

Just a normal prep day 🙂 up morning walk then to work for 1-2-1 clients.
Been to the gym today as well had legs good session weights gone up on most exercises loving my new programme.
This afternoon I’ve had chiropractor which has been working well I’ve got really bad headaches atm and there stopping me able to do much so having to test this evening to try and help them.

It’s been rest day today and also Check In no changes as of yet weight is still the same no changes to that did the usual this morning got up and did my 20 minutes of cardio that I do on rest days and then I decided to walk down to work to get my fastest steps in.
This afternoon I went for a sports massage as my legs were killing me and I have legs tomorrow so they feel loads better for now.
Also had PT Client says evening as well as this morning just got in one more meal to eat and then bed.
