    Tuesdays are the days I do Online Check ins every single week is normally the same get up nice and early take the dogs for a walk then online check-ins. Clients are doing really well I’ve got quite a few on prep at the minute and they’re doing it like a pro not complaining I’m just getting on with it which is perfect as I’m on prep to.

    This afternoon I trained legs second time I’ve done the new training program managed to be able to up my hip thrust way from 140 kg to 150 kg and still manage the reps that I needed to do had a good session energy levels were a lot better today than usual.

    Met my friend this afternoon and took the dogs for a walk to finish off my steps so that tonight I can just relax as by the evening I’m starting to get tired so I’ve been trying to do all of my activity that is needed so that on a night I can just relax.

    Usual day today early to do my morning fasted steps then one-to-one PT clients at work.

    I’ve been filming for my YouTube channel which will be out the last Friday of the month just talking through my prep this year and what I am to do and the shows that I’m aiming for.

    Run through some of my Posing as well this afternoon at home getting used to doing different types of poses and change my I walk a little bit very happy with how everything is going this prep seems pretty straightforward and hopefully it keeps going this way.

    This evening I’ve been creating a post as I am in Anna Posing seminar on Sunday, the 26th of June at Ultra Flex in Leeds for bikini Posing very excited to do this as it’s been awhile since I’ve done a Posing seminar and it’s something that I thoroughly enjoy.

    When your growing muscle you won’t be stay super lean if you want to grow. To build size you need to eat decent amount of food by building it up slowly I’d say ideally 1/2lbs a week but you need to be realistic with how you will look

    No changes today on my check in everything is going to plan and weight is dropping nicely.

    Been a rest day today so did my morning cardio and fasted steps then went to go visit family and meet my brothers new puppy who was amazing.

    Rest of the day spent catching up with account and boring things for work then chilled in the hot tub this evening.

    2. What is the function of Telmisartan and metformin for you?

    3. How do you think they will affect not only your body composition, but also the maintenance and appearance of your muscle?

    4. Although they are not AAS, do you think they will have any influence on female appearance, beyond muscular aesthetics?

    5. Have you started with the amounts you are putting on them directly?

    6. What are the amounts of T3 and T4 based on?

    7. With this start, what are the different substances you are going to use to keep progressing or are you going to change the amounts?

    8. Your preparation diet already starts with a moderate/high amount of carbohydrates. With the substances you are taking, is it not necessary to cut back on quantities, at least in the medium term, and let them act on the metabolism and the partition of nutrients?

    9. Do you think that even in the medium term, depending on your metabolism, with the different compounds you have, you will even have to increase the Kcal?

    10. Can you comment on what supplements you take for wellness and personal care?

    So I have a under active thyroid so I have to take T4 anyways I just up dosage when on prep. I use clen very small dose to help fat loss.

    Growth hormone because I train my legs so often I use this for recovery and I have seriously low testosterone so I have had to use some female test to help this but not for muscle recruitment just to get my levels to normal.

    Diet wise I don’t question I trust Kuba 100% with that so I leave that to him. I have to be carful with me having epilepsy I have to diet slow and controlled otherwise I have sezuires

    I used to help people get into the army and the police with in my last job at the gym and the best advice I could give is just practice it’s just fitness that needs to be improved to get better.

    Did my check in this morning that I send on a Saturday night to have the feed back Sunday 🙂 weight has dropped again so pleased with how this prep is going so far.

    Went for a walk this morning to do my fasted steps then got to the gym will attaché my training log below.

    This afternoon went to watch the rugby like usual on a Saturday they won as usual. Just got back home going to relax and chill this evening.

    Been a rest day today I have been doing online check ins this morning and my morning cardio.

    Also this morning I’ve had posing clients that I have been helping that have shows this year.

    Been to have spirt massage this afternoon now I’m at the Yorkshire choice awards where I have been nominated for business woman of the year and inspirational individual of the year just waiting for the awards will let you guys know.

    Riz and Meg are right there so many variables to weight fluctuations.

    Try and keep everything as consistent as possible and this way you probably won’t see them as much. Make sure your drinking enough water I know that’s hard in offseason, good sleep and good food

    Rest day today and also checked in weight is down again to 140lbs which I’m happy with 10lbs loss so far and everything is going in the right direction.

    20mins of cardio this morning then walked down to work to get my fasted steps in as well. Been PTing this morning till the afternoon then had acupuncture and massage as I’ve been getting really bad headaches also booked in for my eyes testing because my puppy ate my glasses a few weeks ago so I think that’s causing the problems.

    Had PT again this evening then chilling out at home this evening before bed.

    All these guys have nailed it HIIT would be too much but steps and LISS cardio is something that isn’t as taxing on the body

    New leg day today! I absolutely loved it I will attached the training log below. Had a good session some exercises I have done before but kept the same weight and made sure I got more reps.

    This new training spilt has less volume than I have been doing and it was so much better I was able to go heavier with some of the weights and got more reps on most exercises.

    Rest of the day I have been doing online client check ins I have quite a few people competing this year so getting them to check in more often so I can keep a closer eye on them.
