    Been rest day today which was definitely needed. Slept for 11 hours so must have needed that sleep. Felt horrible yesterday but feeling loads better today I have the morning off work as well tomorrow so hopefully back to normal.

    Been to the hospital this afternoon about my wrist has I’ve been having pain in it, looks like it’s De Quervain’s Tendinosis going to have to try steroid injections for now to see if that helps the pain if not it will have to be surgery to fix the problem.

    Blood results have come back as well and my testosterone levels are very low as well as my t3 so going to implement some changes to see if that helps and get my bloods done again in a months time.

    Hey, I have tried DHEA but as soon as I stopped taking that they dropped super low.

    I’m trying a female testosterone injection to see if that helps but a very small dose just to bring my levels up to normal x

    Happy Bank Holiday Monday!!

    Had a quite day, been filming for the JP site at ultra it was upper today a few of my leg days have now changed from check in yesterday so will upload them as I do them to keep you all updated. Upper hasn’t changed but I have attached the session below.

    Had posing clients this afternoon then went to go visit family just been in our how tub to relax now chilling out on the sofa with the doggies 🙂

    Checked in this morning weight down to 142lbs so 8lbs loss so far.

    Not done much today just chilled out been rest day so did my cardio and my morning steps then just relaxed for the day as I don’t get to do that usually been lovely 🙂

    Saturdays are always busy, I do my check in photos so that Kuba and do them Sunday morning then took the dogs for a walk to get my fasted steps in.

    Had a PT session today at the gym with a new client who wants to compete when she’s older as she’s only 16 but she was lovely and was a good session with her. I trained afterwards but had a hard session as it was too warm so felt really sick but carried on and got it done.

    Been to rugby this afternoon and now in the pub with everyone with my prep food and water. But still having a good time trying this prep to still be involved with social events if I can.

    I teach spin on a morning too during the end of a prep I teach off the bike but would definitely suggest not doing legs on those days are you won’t be able to do the best session afterwards.

    Finally another rest day my legs are in absolute bits from yesterday good job I didn’t have to teach spin this morning. I did do cardio though 20mins on rest days then 4500 fasted steps.

    Been doing online client check ins till this afternoon then took another walk with the dogs and got the house and food shop in. Been for a sport massage on my legs they do feel loads better then jumped in hot tub to relax. Just resting for the rest of the evening then bed early as I have a busy day tomorrow so made sure I prepped all my food so I wasn’t rushing.

    Today’s been a leg day by Trained this afternoon had one-to-one clients this morning and then went for laser treatment to try and help my spots on my back.

    Session went really well also had a check in person with Kuba and went through some of my Posing which is getting loads better been daily and got a good I walk routine ready for hopefully the 31st of July trying to aim for that show if we’re ready if not I will be at the Arnold’s hopefully this year.

    This evening I’ve chilled with my doggies as Adams been out all night got a nice bath and found a good film.

    Today I actually feel normal thank goodness must have been just a 24 hour bug that I had.

    Woke up early this morning took the dogs on a long walk so that I could get my 4500 fasted steps.
    Then I couldn’t sit down with introducing 40mcg of clen so cleaned the whole house then had pre workout and got to gym.

    Trained upper today loved the session felt good was strong used a different shoulder press the prime pin loaded as my shoulder has been giving me issues so thought I’d try a different machine to see if that help and it was so much better.

    Rest of the day I’ve had acupuncture and massage then 1-2-1 PT clients this evening.

    Agree with both the guys here, ideally doing it on a rest day will be best so your still able to train well on training days. If it just for fat burning then am farted cardio would be great then just keep upping the time if the body fat isn’t coming of or drop cals

    My legs are absolutely dead I’m in bits but at least I know I’ve trained well. I just feel like when your legs kill it makes everything else super tired. Been working this morning doing 1-2-1 PT then trained this afternoon no cardio today as it was leg day but that will start from tomorrow as it’s rest day.

    Had a really good session even though I was tired I made sure that I had a nap before the gym which really helped then I was able to train well.

    This evening I had work again took the dogs for a walk before hand to finish of my steps just got home 1 more meal then an early bed time as I’m shattered.

    I don’t normally work Saturdays but had two 1-2-1 PR clients this morning, then trained had a good session in the gym trained legs as usual. It was hard and the strange thing is atm I’m not hungry at all and I’m struggling in prep which is not like me.

    Also been to the hospital this afternoon for a nerve conduction test because I have a numb left foot since January and there trying to find the problem other than that just at the pub with my water going to watch the Tyson fury fight tonight so that will be a good atmosphere.
